I ordered from this place a year ago and posted a negative review on them. Since then theyve slightly changed their name to trick the Google ratings, but havent changed anything else. Pages and pages of positive, one sentence reviews over a couple of days, spam much? As a service to anyone who might be fooled by these pirates, here is my original review: After hitting up the Boston nightlife, my friends and I were up for some food to close out the night. I searched for late night food delivery on Google and 24 Hour Pizza was the only place open at 3:00, so we decided to give them a shot. I placed an order with them at 3:00AM, and they took my credit card number down. I ordered a pizza and a couple of sides. They wouldnt tell me the charge, saying the driver would tell me when the order was delivered within 50 minutes. At 4:00 AM the pizza hadnt arrived, so I called and they said the driver was delivering the order. At 4:30 AM I called again, and they said it had just left. I asked when it would be there, and they rudely said that it was on the way and hung up on me. At 5:00 AM the order still hadnt arrived; I called again and they said the driver was delivering it. At this point we didnt want the pizza any more, but were sticking it out for the principle of the thing. At 5:15 the order _still_ hadnt arrived, so I called to cancel the order, and told them not to bill me. They said they were going to bill me because they wouldnt cancel orders. I told them that they hadnt delivered the food and they said that it was on the way still, and I said that a wait of more than two hours was unacceptable. They then said "No refunds" and hung up on me. Ive been checking my credit card statement daily since then, and this morning I discovered 60 dollars charged to my card. Do yourself a favor. Order anywhere but here, and if everywhere else is closed, pick something up from an all-night convenience store.

Just like all the other reviews. These guys are con artists. Got home late from work one night around 11pm. Wanted a pizza so googled 24 hr pizza. Not only did they get my pizza order wrong, they showed up with 2 liter soda, motz sticks, salads and fries with a bill of $34. I argued with the delivery guy and he told me after 11pm its a $30 minimum on delivery charges. No one told me that when I called. I signed the bill and left a $1 tip. I checked by bank statement the next day and saw a charge for $38. They turned the 1 into a 4 on my receipt to give themselves a bigger tip. GUTLESS! I called to complain. Got into it with the "manager" (who was the guy who delivered my pizza) and it ended with him saying I should have researched my pizza like I would if I were to buy a car........A CAR, and that he was going to charge me $60 more b/c I said I would report him. I did call the BBB and they just said they would keep an eye on it. I dont know how they are still in business. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Smelly and disgusting place. I would rather eat from a garbage truck. The worker farted on our food so it tasted horrible. I wish i could rate this place 0 stars but the minimum is 1 star. The staff was rude and the pizza was 600 dollars. I ordered the pizza back in 2007 and in 2008 i tried to cancel my order but the worker hung up on me in some indian accent. Then i had a dream about pizza in 2011 and it reminded me about that pizza order that never arrived, so i called the restaurant, and the same guy answered in an italian accent. He said it would be an extra 150 dollars. In 2016 i recently told my mommy that the guy was being rude after i called him again and this time, he spoke in a strange french accent, and she put the accent speaking guy in timeout for 5 minutes. I farted!!! Im 57 years old now. Is the story i just made up true? Because Ive never been to boston before. Did you like my story? Plz reply!

Id advise strongly against ordering from these guys - they run a credit card scam, not a pizza restaurant: I called to ask about the price of a pizza. I was told they would need my credit card details to log into the system. Being a few pints north of the equator, I gave them my details. They then told me there was a minimum order of around $45. That seemed excessive, so I said Id call some other places. They said they I shouldnt do that, since theyd already dispatched my pizza (I hadnt even told them which topping I wanted). They said they had already charged my credit card. The pizza didnt ever arrive, and I was billed $45. Id intended to report this to the police but frustratingly didnt get round to it. I wish Id read the other Google reviews before calling - this place seems to simply be a credit card scam, and I foolishly fell for it.

0 out of 0! SCAM! Do not order from this place. I wanted food late at night so I called these guys. It was 1:30am and they said 45 minutes. I called at 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, and they kept saying 5 more minutes. Then I called at 5 am and tried to cancel the order, but the guy wouldnt let me. Then he pretended not to understand or simply didnt respond into the phone, at one point he just said God Bless America (sounded Middle Eastern). Then at some point we were disconnected Then every time I tried to call back he didnt answer. Went on like this for some time, eventually he did answer, saying he cannot cancel the order but hell have the manager call me. No one ever called. Trying to go through the bank to cancel the charge now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

How can they charge your card, and not deliver the order? I ordered a pizza at 3 am and the pizza never showed up. Called them 4 times, and every time they said it was on its way. Stopped calling a 6 am, and the next day I checked my account and noticed that I was charged $60 from REGAL CAFE. Called back to discuss reimbursing me for the product that I paid for but never recieved, and they told me that the manager would get in touch with me. Never heard from the manager, and I called at least 10 times in the past 2 weeks. How busy can a Manager of a pizza place be?

This place was absolutely horrendous. I have never had a worse food experience in my life. My friends and i ordered at 2:30 and the food was delivered at 4, and hour and a half late. Our original order was 2 cheesesteaks, 2 orders of mozz sticks, and a cheese pizza. They gave us 1 cheesesteak pizza, 2 plain pizzas, 2 orders of fries, and 2 orders of mozz sticks. THey then proceded to charge us 80 dollars. We gave them cash and they still charged the credit card. When I tried complaining they hung up on me. THese people are scam artists and scum.
