The 1st few times Ive been here service was excellent Until I received the wrong order and was disrespected by an unprofessional customer Service/cashier by the name of Lydia! Lydia was so disrespectful to the point where I didnt want to come back to such a great pizza shop. When I told her they sent the wrong chicken she then sent her driver to pick up the chicken before sending out a new order of chicken(the kind I ordered) her response was "I just want to make sure all the chicken was there" for some reason she thought I was lying. She became very agitated as I was trying to explain to her what she was doing was unprofessional! Never have I ever ordered from the restaurant and they made the delivery driver pick up Luke warm chicken and bring it back all with 7 minutes covered in sauce. I then told her this was the same chicken cover in sauce she say "how do you know I swear on my kids this is fresh chicken" told her I peeled the skin off a few pieces and the skin was off on the "the order" when I asked to speak to manager Lydia then puts the phone down talking loud to the point I can hear her laughing hysterically saying to another co worker "the lady on the phone wants to speak to the manager" he said Lydia tell her you are the manager. She gets back on the phone and says in the most obnoxious voice "there aint no manager here the manager will be here at 10:30pm. The next day my kids wanted pizza we ordered pizza but this time no delivery we walked in since it was on our way home. The delivery guy was there from the night before. I asked if he remembered me he said yes from yesterday. I politely asked for the manager AGAIN! The "Manager" says "yes hurry up say what you have to say we are very busy!" Once he said that I walked out left order there without paying for it! I see where LYDIA GETS HER DISRESPECTFULNESS FROM THERE FILTY MANAGER! Good Eats I hope your business suffers tremendously! Said in the nicest way possible! If youre looking for good Chicken with better service in the south End AREA! HarryOs is the PLACE to go! Tell them MONAE sent you :)

I have been a Good Eats customer for many years and live nearby. When I dont cook, they do the cooking for me. I love the Pizza, Steak dinners, Ziti dishes (Veal Parmesan and Meatballs). I could go on and on. They give you a timeframe of when your order will be ready for either pick-up or delivery and it is always on time. Thank you guys for your great service!

Love the delivery service!!! The people taking the order have 100% on customer service and I can tell there is good work ethic in this place. Their Buffalo boneless chicken are the BOMB and the orders are always on point. I recommend this place yes definetly.

The employees of good eats are so nice, the place is very clean, the pizza is the best in Boston, all their other dishes are great. Watch the documentary "jiro dreams of sushi" on Netflix and thats basically the story of good eats
