First time ordering from BSR tonight .and was disappointed as they came with pretty good reccomendations. I had to pick out chickennfeathers from my freakishly small overcooked fried chicken pieces. The beef patties were OK but the filling seemed off like it had been frozen as it was a little watery and very pasty. The pizza was OK nothing soectacular but edible. We were looking for totis but they had sold out. Im glad we didnt get them from here. Unless they improve on the food, I doubt we will try this place again.

If I could give zero stars I would! Beside being called "these people", Abdul the manager getting in my daughters face and telling her to shut the f up I had to call the police to get my money back because the "manish water" made my daughters boyfriend sick. There was an animals mouth, lips and nose with full 5 oclock shadow in it. I know what manish water is and that wasnt it. They told me to get the soup, bring it back and Id get my money back but instead they took the food back and said get the f out. Unreal!

The worst service ever! I ordered at 9 pm and they never gave my food! I had to go down there at 10:23 and they were closing. They had to fix me and my wife a plate when they were closed. And you better believe I wasnt paying. They were gonna bypass my order.

The ox tail is amazing, the saeafood platter is amazing, the pizza so amazing, i feel like im going to do a parady about kanye west so amzing about blue smoke. Thank you guys for making the experince so dlight for me and my wife and kids. Bless

The staff very hopefull. Nice atmosphere. The only damn thing I was missing is that I wish I knew this place exists a long time ago. Thank you very much it was a wonderfull experience for me and the food was excellent.
