Long time patron of this establishment (over 7 years). After last night, I will NOT be giving them any more business, and I advise you to do the same. I placed an order with Foodler at 7:41pm for a pizza, onion rings & beverages for my husband and I (simple right?). I was given a delivery estimate of 8:20pm. So we wait. And wait. I finally call them at 8:45pm to find out what was going on and the answering machine picked up. I hung up and called them right back. This time someone answered and assured me the driver had already left. Over 15 minutes go by and I call them back, only to hang up when I see a delivery driver outside. The pizza was COLD and we were understandably upset. So I complained to Foodler, who then reached out to Pizza Palace earlier today. The response I got? "I have spoken to The New Pizza Palace and the manager maintains the order could not have been that late yesterday, as it was a slow day and you are located very close to the restaurant." So basically, were making stuff up. They did offer a $5 credit on a future Pizza Palace order which I refused. Why would I want a credit to a place that is going to treat us like this? Avoid at all costs. Photo attached of the call log in my phone proving when I called them.

3 1/2 stars... Almost guys, ALMOST! It was soooo close... the sauce was actually perfect (not too sweet, not too salty, not too over-spiced), the cheese was fresh and delicious and the toppings were phenomenal (I got a chicken and broccoli pizza, the chicken was marinated and the broccoli was the perfect texture). BUT! The CRUST was bland and airy with zero taste. And the texture didnt even seem like dough. Im disappointed because the rest was so good and its a clean and very friendly establishment. Soooo close!

Was in a accident with their delivery driver who didnt have a legitimate drivers licence then went to the pizza shop to get the drivers info and was immediately met by a abrasive not very well spoken owner who then denied the driver worked for him when his car was outside and smashed up then he called the cops and said we were herassing him I just went there to get his drivers info. But u kno what at the end of the day this is what we get for being a out of date saintuary city

This place may not look like much, but the pizza is phenomenal. The dough is what sets it apart from any other pizza joint; it was was crispy on the bottom almost like a flat bread. I had the meatball topping and that was also very tasty. The staff is also very kind and accommodating. They remember their customers, and treat new ones to ample service. I couldnt recommend this place more for pizza.

The thing that stands out to me the most about this place is the awesome service. They are reliable and friendly and not above giving a discount to regulars. Amazing cheese pizza and anything with the barbecue chicken on it. (I am particularly fond of the barbecue chicken sub) Definitely worth your time.
