Service is awful. Rude and blames the customer for the businesss mistakes. On the phone we were told the price was $45 so we paid the driver, plus tip, and he drove off (side note - nothing wrong on the drivers part, he was just doing his job). Come to see that our order was wrong and when we called back to get it fixed, they said that the price was $35 and that we shouldve checked the bag before letting the driver go to make sure it was right. We were then told that it was all our fault that this happened and that we must have a "different menu with different prices" when we explicitly told them that we used their website to order from (so... a cop out and impossible that we had something different). Sleazy, rude, and doesnt accept responsibility for their mistakes. All over $10... it wouldve been SO easy to let the mistake slide if they werent so rude and horrible to us about it. Then, the person on the phone called the driver to blame it on him!! So after we said the problem was clearly the fact that we were told one price and it was another, he STILL couldnt take the blame and passed it off to the poor kind driver who came back to our door upset. UNBELIEVABLE! On top of that, Ive seen other reviews complaining of similar things!! Dont go here, not worth it.

My experience was always a pretty good one, however after ordering from Main St House of Pizza this afternoon I will never go there again. I ordered three simple things. 1) It took an hour and 20 minutes for the food to be delivered 3/10 of a mile. 2) When the food arrived, the fries, and steak bomb were cold and greasy (not eatable) 3) they forgot to make a tuna sub. Not bad ... This experience has made my colleagues and I have a change of heart on who we order from. Main St House of Pizza in Everett will never be the choice for us again. When I called in and informed them of this disaster es order, they pretty much were saying I wasnt getting anything free. I think the gentleman misunderstood the complaint as I wanted nothing free, just replaced and deliver what was already paid for. Just bad, bad, bad experience. If you choose to order from them, good luck.

Niko your doing a fantastic job with your fathers restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are above average. For a local family business the prices are very reasonable. The staff behind the counter are very pleasent to deal with and extremely helpful in all the food in the establishment.

The food is superb, but the lady at the front desk taking my order was very rude and was very rushy to get my order complete. Everybody else in there is great except that lady that took my order she had an attitude.
