If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolute worst experience that I have had in a long time. I called and placed an order around 7:30 for 1 pie. Called in around 8:30 to see what was happening with the pie and was told that the order went out and that it would be there in 10-15 minutes. Waited another hour and then called to hear the same thing that my pizza was sent out and should be there within 10-15 minutes and when I called out the lady for hearing the same thing she forwarded me to the manager. The manager then processed to try and tell me that I placed an order for pick up for an order I placed through grubhub (website that only deals with takeout). She tried to tell me that I was wrong and that it was not their fault. Clearly not a restaurant that can deal with too many orders being placed at one time.

I live across the street, and have been coming here since I moved here 17 years ago. New owners - such a shame. Food quality is way down, and it takes forever to get any food out of their kitchen. Tonight is new territory. We ordered 50 wings - not breaded, or battered. They asked crispy?, we said fried, but not breaded. Simple stuff no? The woman on the phone is a native English speaker......... Nope, the wings came battered. I walked back to have the order remade, mistakes happen. Right? Customer is always right. Right? Nope. Apparently my small brain is unable to comprehend such complex interactions. The manager told me that there is nothing we can do. Family of 5, minimum 2x per week, 17 years. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS we have spent. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS we will not be spending in the future.

I had a issue with my order the manager became extremely rude and disrespectful. I then asked for my money i was denied. I have footage of me being ignored. This is completely unprofessional of your workers i will be putting this video out and speaking with my attorney about some possible alternatives. I should of at least got my money back i left with no food or money. I begged to speak to owner but i was ignored i have footage of everything i do not like how i was treated this is not my first incident with this restaurant. I called the other store manager to see if i can get in tou h with owner they helped very little

Their customer service sucks ! Will never spend my money there again! I asked for Caesar salad they gave me a garden salad and instead of changing it to Caesar salad they wanted to go back and forth on Cesar vs Garden last time I checked Caesar salad consist of Parmesan cheese and Romain lettuce and lemon wedges and sometimes croutons . not tomatoes and and croutons. At the end of the day they shouldve just took my garden salad back and gave me a Caesar salad as much money I spend there more than two decades!

It was New Years Day and too cold to do anything other than sit and watch TV. Visiting Boston from the South, I wanted to indulge myself in a good ole fashioned New England grinder and stay out of the cold. I turned to the internet and found this lovely delivery establishment. The grinder was high quality, just as ordered, and huge. The fries were "meh". Delivery was fast, about half an hour. They had no issue finding my room at the Park Plaza.

Great Italian style pizza, for the non fanatics that is the crust without the bubbles. Ive had just about everything on the menu and the flavor is always there. They are a bit more expensive but worth the extra cost. Service is what you expect from a pizza place and the best part is they are open till 3 on some days. You wont be dissapointed. Personal favorite is the firecracker chicken wrap. This thing is loaded.

Clearly making a simple steak and cheese sub is rocket science for them. Since when do we melt cheese on the bread when we are making a steak and cheese sub? I got two slices of cheesecake that was 1. The slices were a little too frozen 2. Instead of actual strawberry sauce, I ended up getting nesquik strawberry milk mix sauce. I just had an overall bad experience which I normally dont and Im not satisfied AT ALL

Please dont eat at this place they pissed more off more then once and they could really careless i ordered here one day my whole family got food poison a month or so later i tried to give them another shot and ordered from there they messed my whole order up and could careless about fixing the issue because they were closing and told me i could call in the morning

OOHHHH MY GOODNESS.....the Seafood plate with Clam Strips is to die for! I have been craving it for 3 weeks....Just ordered it for Lunch and I am the happiest girl in town right now....so freakin delicious! I ate the whole thing myself....so much food! So worth the money! Thank you for an awesome lunch!

I ordered veggie pizza and it tasted like a frozen/ chain store pizza. In fact dominos taste better. I gave two stars because I sat there to eat and it was comfortable seating. The rim of my pizza crust was dark/ over done probably due to re-heating after veggies were added on the cheese pizza.

I used to live across the street from this gem and it was my go-to spot when I was staying inside for the night or after a couple of drinks. The menu is HUGE so they have something for everyone. Staff is super friendly too! As Im writing this Im starting to crave a baked ziti now!

$112.00 for 6 pizzas. 2 meat, 2 veggie, 2 cheese for a work function. These were no extra special pizzas. Yes they were good but not that good! Next time I will bargain shop.

They dont put what you ask on your sub they cook the steak to rough it has large glumps of meat they dont chop the steak up properly i almost choked on the steak
