I go here several times a week because its the only drive thru in the area. The food is consistent with the franchise. The people working the registers are friendly. The problem is youre always waiting forever. Sometimes you can be the only person inside or in the drive thru and youre waiting longer than expected. Then when you do get your food 1 out of 4 times its incorrect. Its really annoying. One time the young man taking my order saw them adding cheese to my order, told them to make it again, and they still put cheese on the new one.

Ive been going to this BK frequently for about 7 months now and have gotten great service every time. The people have always been nice, and the place is clean, especially after their recent layout change. Despite the long lines inside the store during peak hours, food is given out pretty fast. Never drove through so no opinion on their drive-thru service. Its definitely one of the better businesses in this neighborhood.

Dont go here unless you like ghetto female mangers( the with the nappy colorful afro) who want to charge 54cent for each sauce and I didnt even get one free for my meal I will never go here again all the money I have spent here in past and they want to charge me for one sauce for my meal crazy never again

Literally the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Service is terrible slow and rude, employees stare at you as if your in the wrong place. The drive thru line was 10 cars easy and didnt move for 20 mins. Myself and 2 other cars left before even ORDERING!! Shut that place down

Only if youre desperate. They changed the façade, employees are still incompetent. They mess something up and instead of owning it and making it right, they try to flip it on you like its some kind of deal. Wish I could give them a zero.

I have seen mice. Theres Always flies on the windows. My food is never hot and none of the managers show any concern about any of it. They are fine with flies and cold food but as a customer, I HATE THIS LOCATION!

The lady manager is always on her job. She seems like someone who enjoys her job. Decent meal when you dont want to cook. 4 out of 5 stars because 9 out of 10 times the chicken fries are cold.
