I havent been to rotisserie since last year for financial reason I love there beef brisket, macaroni and cheese and there collard greens. I used groupon a few times for the rotisserie to save money because there food is tasty but kind of pricey. So I purchased from groupon 3 days ago payed 9.00 for 30.00 worth of food. I called The rotisserie to let them know I was going to use my groupon coupon for them to tell me they dont accept groupon anymore that they are under new management because the restaurant is now called "The rotisserie food for the soul". There prices need to be more reasonable/affordable Im lucky if Im able to go one a year.

I have always been a fan of their food, but delivery is $7 and the last time I ordered delivery they took 2hrs to get to me and I only live 12min driving from them. Today I went there an hr 1/2 after they opened and I wanted the 1/4 chicken and they apparently sold out because of catering. I dont understand why they wouldnt bake more knowing they had catering. He told me it would be a half hour wait. Its just disappointing because if they would correct the way they deliver and have they food prepared knowing they are a popular place then they would make more $$$. Food is an A++ but service F-

There is a light skin male currently working there who was FlIRTING with my MINOR MALE relative. a GROWN MAN telling a minor that he prefers males and then asking the MINOR what is his gender preference. not only is this unprofessional this is called being a PEDOPHILE!!. This truly saddens me as this use to be one of my favorite restaurants but now the only thing I can say about this place is DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE unless you want a guy chit chatting your son or brother up and trying to groom them into being ok with CHILD MOLESTATION.

The food is good but the prices are insulting. Situated in the urban Mecca of Boston, it pains me when I see price gouging here. I went in to buy 3 1/4 rotisserie chicken dinner plates and ended up spending just under $40. Additionally, I wanted to buy dessert but $4.00 for one small slice of sweet potato pie and $17 for a whole pie was absolutely absurd. Sorry kiddies, no dessert. This place gets a B+ for food and an F- for prices. I would love to see a good soul food spot with honest prices. Stop over charging the people. Please.

SORRY I DONT KNOW IF I JUST GO ON THE WRONG TIME, BUT EVERY TIME I ORDER EITHER THERE IS NO MASH POTATOES OR THE CHICKEN IS NOT DONE AND THEY TELL YOU TO WAIT. MY IMPRESSION IS THAT THEY DONT HAVE THINGS READY, THEY LACKING THE ABILITY TO ANTICIPATE THINGS WHICH IS IMPORTANT FOR BUSINESS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAITED 5HRS FOR MY COMPLETE ORDER. AND I HAD TO DEMAND MY MONEY BACK FOR THE LAST PART OF THE MEAL BECAUSE I NEVER AGAIN. MY FAMILY AND I ARE KINDLY DECLINING FROM THIS BUSINESS #BADEASTER

I heard good things about the food. Had the chicken and Waffles. Waffle was ok. The fried chicken taste like it was fried in old burnt grease. It was nasty. The people were nice but it wasnt unproffesional and not decorated like a diner. Im sure they have potential but they have a lot of growing to do. Wish them luck though...

Worst EVER! Delivery order was incorrect and blame was passed to the driver. Hope he wore gloves when making my food. Took over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone to correct my order... Cant deal with poor service. The food we did get was good.

The food is amazing but theyre always running out of something. The service is slow. I wish they would have one person handling food and another handing cash. Instead they have one person doing both and I believe thats why the service is slow.
