This location is very inconsistent. I am used to waiting for my food in a long drive up line...not here. This fact turns out to be a BAD sign. A soft shell taco but they forgot to warm up the tortilla! I have given them more than a few chances. Ive had my tacos filled with meat dripping a watery liquid. Ive also had tacos that were filled with meat so dry it was crumbling out of the shell, like they forgot to add the water to it! One night it was midnight and I pulled up with my brother and they said "Were all out of food" I said youre not going to serve us...my brother thought I was stupid. They had 2 cars in front of mine. They said "we can give you a free drink and a coupon for next time" so I said OK. Took those coupons to Cranston and Warwick. Little brother lost out because he wanted me to leave. Side note, why do certain fast food franchises not have outdoor trash cans? This Taco Bell has no trash cans, so what do you think people do, take trash home or litter? Whats up with that?

We got in the place and the cashier start like laughing because we were Spanish speakers. The food was good. until the manager send one of her employees to clean the sealing while we were eating, when we went to complain she said it was un respectful to make a complaint then I ask for the manager that were looking by the camera while her employee was cleaning the sealing and she lied and said her wife was the manager and she left she start calling her by a phone this was unrespect by her as a head of the restaurant. They didnt handle what was going on by saying sorry for what happen then she left us talking alone not good at all and I feel sorry because they are Spanish speakers and Hispanic and treat the customer like nothing

Always out of stuff I was denied my first two choices and i couldnt even get a receipt. Then on top of that i ordered three things and thwy forgot one so I went back though the drive thru and that took forever even though there was only me and one other car.

The service was terrible. We were treated with extreme disrespect. Our money was refunded with no apologies from the rude cashier. Who insulted me with no provocation on the way out. My girlfriend was in car crying when I finally arrived with food.

I really sucked at ordering. We have a KFC taco bell near home so we tried to order chicken. but even after me being all over the place with my order I somehow managed to get an extra burrito. Nice people working here.

Ordered there Cinnabon 12 pack. Got home and they were spicy as hell. They cooked them in the wrong oil. Really?? There should be a sign near that saying dont cook in theses.
