**HUGE ISSUE WITH A CONFRONTATIONAL MANAGER** Our experience wasnt the greatest, but it was minor issues that were not a big deal. (No orange in the Blue Moon, No Honey BBQ sauce, no utensils, the waitress grabbed our bill without letting us explain how it was getting split, and then having her take 10 minutes to get the bill back to us.) This was all fine; no big deal. THE ISSUE WE HAD WAS BEING CONFRONTED BY THE MANAGER. To not bash him, K______, approached our table, very confrontational, saying "Would you guys like to explain the issue tonight?" We were caught off guard. After explaining to him the minor issues, he seemed annoyed at us, even though we were just going to let it all go (he approached us, not the other way around). After he stared us down, he said, "you guys stay here, Ill be back." (We already paid, the situation was uncomfortable, and we just wanted to leave.). He came back with 2, $5 off coupons for our next visit. I dont usually like to criticize places, however, the manager was VERY CONFRONTATION, UNPROFESSIONAL, and made both my friend and I very Uncomfortable.

Not sure how this place even has 3 stars..... horrible service. The drinks and food are good but pick up orders are ALWAYS messed up somehow. Caught a manager drinking behind the counter at the pick up, when I called to complain, he said "oh! That was me" Had an order mix up, a kid had handed my entire order off to someone else However , luckily that person who got my whole order was going to my house anyways , but they had read off only his order and handed him the food . And then they didnt bother putting in two cups of ranch. I come here way too often and they still have no idea what I usually get. They mixed buffalo wings in with my honey bbq wing in my salad wrap thing. I ordered only honey bbq. Though I feel that I complain too often and the manager, Mark is usually the one to deal with it. Mark is a good manager and handles these things well. They need better employees however.

Ive never felt the need to write a review for a restaurant before. But id feel bad to not warn people about this place. We went in for dinner around 7 and the host presented a joke about them being closed. We then ordered each a snack size of wings. Our waitress was rude as hell. It took over an hour for us to get our wings, we had to ask a staff member where our food was and it had been waiting on the counter. We were hoping it would be worth the wait, but i joke you not it was the worse thing ive ever ordered at a restaurant. They were cold, like very cold. It then took 30 mins for us to check our check and then another 20 mins for her to run our cards. Along with the sassiness from our waitress. Wont be returning. B dubs...you changed

ordered pick up a few times , simple boneless chicken wings... and they cant even do that correct. Orders take forever just to heat up some nuggets, missed putting sauces and even missed flavoring one time.. terrible service . Wings are junk, hardly any chicken and all breading nuggets, not worth the price they put on it. enjoyed buff wild wings elsewhere, but seems this one is slacking bad. dont expect it to last long. Anyone who posts that this is place is good needs to get out more often. even papa ginos has better chicken than a chicken wing spot

Only real positive was the guy that seated us changed a tv for us like we asked. One of our group asked for a old fashion. Bartender had to look it up and then the waitress couldnt figure out what makers Mark was and had to ask 4 times. Ordered nachos with chili. The nachos were not cooked or even heated. Chili was non existent. Waitress waited in the kitchen for the food, while we were all trying to get a second drink. Gave up after appetizers and decided to pay and leave.

Do not go for game nights!!!! My boyfriend was cut off after purchasing ONE beer, which was taken away when less than 1/3 of it was consumed (he was sober). We were not given any specific reason for this, even upon request. The manager confirmed that my bf was not making anyone uncomfortable, nor acting suspiciously in any way. They then proceeded to charge us for the beer that my boyfriend wasnt even allowed to finish! There is definitely unethical profiling going on.

Go for the wings not the service ive been to this location several times. Every time Ive been the service has been horrible. They either forget our food or we wait 45 minutes to receive it. Last night a secondary waitress delivered the food to the table. 15 minutes later I was able to flag down the primary waiter and inform him my dinner never came. 10 minutes later my chicken wrap was delivered well after the rest of the table had finished their meals!

my second trip here lasted ten minutes. We walked in to the bar and found some people had recently left the bar so we sat down. After ten mins of sitting there without one of the 4 bartenders cleaning up the mess that was left or even asking if we wanted something we decided to leave. We wont go back, there are plenty of other places in the area where we can go.

I was expecting to have a fun time to come and watch the Patriots game... I watched the blonde captain with tattoos write on a takeout menu as I waited for a seat. I then asked for one and found a penis drawn in red on my menu. Even took a picture of it directly after receiving it. Great food, awesome waitress, horrible professionalism.

The food was tasteless, service slow and they over billed my credit card. When I called and asked for a correction, I was informed that I had to wait two-days; it didmt take that long to take my money! Waist of time and money. . . dont go - not worth it. Mac Donalds has better food!

Came here during the Patriots v Texans game and it was packed and still received great service compared to the Braintree location on an empty day. Wings came out fresh and promptly. Waitress frequently stopped by to see what we needed.

Had dinner last night here, service was ok, not great. Decent beer selection, had wings, and cold salad. Best part of the whole night was when my 3 year-old tried hot sauce, you would of though I tried to kill her.
