Cant give less than ONE STAR sadly, but if I could I would. I usually order from New Style, love the fact that they had sushi on the menu AND delivered. Today, there was no sushi on the menu at all, so I ordered from them anyways. $43.00 worth of food and my family and I are all sat down eating lunch when my dad starts freaking out. He pulls one of his chicken fingers into the air and there is a smaller piece of breading hanging on BY A HAIR. He immediately stops eating the food, because that is really nasty & we call the restaurant up to speak to a manager or something. The woman on the phone says she will refund us the money & that the driver will be by to give us the money back. She then calls us back up and tells us she wants all the food back, mind you we have been eating for about 20 minutes at this point and there was a lot of us, so there isnt that much food actually still existing. At this point I am waiting for the delivery driver to give me my refund. This isnt the first time Ive had a problem with them, but it will be the last time I do business with them.

Ok so yesterday I called ask for pupu plater for 2 ok I live on union st Lynn ma so ya wont forget they brought only one rice it was white rice they didnt bring two pork fried rice they only brought white rice they forgot my chicken teriyaki the wings was still raw with blood my family was disappointed we try to call she said we will get a free fried rice next time I wasted 30 freaking dollars for a 15 look a like plate first time and had the worst experience I needed to throw the food in the sidewalk of my house I was so disappointed feel like they rush it out and gave us egg rolls that wasint even ready I have anger management issue and I needed my wife to talk to her I was going to blow up makes me not wanna eat there again I will tell all my friends all over Lynn not a good place that they disrespect me and stole my money

Ive been going here since they opened and the service is as good as the food. They remember me by name (yea, its in the system, but even when I walk in to order) and ask about my son/family. Never an issue with the food; always fresh and real good. Ive noticed they sometimes get slammed with customers all at once (lobby full or people picking up orders), which is a sign of good food but that can also cause delays. Even those times it takes longer than expected, the food is always worth the wait. Hidden gem, hands down.

Hidden gem -- friendly, family-run shop with freshly prepared dishes. Also has an amazing veg*n menu that is not just tofu substituted for the meat. If like me you are the lone meat-eater in your family, this is a great option for when your family wants to order Chinese and you dont want to be stuck with the usual unsatisfying "something something delight" glop doused in corn starch and MSG. Extensive veg*n and non- menus give everyone delicious options.

Best Asian food near Boston. Better than mai thai. They will make your food any way you need, they clean the pans before making your vegetarian or vegan meals. Very friendly staff, emily always shares about her family and Wendy always ready to get to know you. The portions here are large, usually eat for lunch and eat rest at dinner.

Great food and prices! I eat take out all over Lynn and for Asian style this is my go to. The ladies are so nice which makes a huge difference. They are busy, I usually have to wait around a little bit for pick up orders but I dont mind, the food never disappoints!

Definitely hidden gem! I usually get the general gau chicken with white rice. Ribs or other basic appetizers . Sometimes sushi and overall great experience. Just tried the fresh spring roll and not a fan but its OKAY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
