Definitely the MOST DISGUSTING Chipotle Ive EVER eaten. I recently recovered from what Id definitely define as food poisoning. I dont ever get my bowls from this location, but my mom got me a bowl and I was hungry, so I had to eat it. While I was eating, the only source of meat I got was basically old, burnt skin of a chicken. The rice was undercooked and the lettuce was not fresh, so that was even worse (especially since I dont get lettuce when I order my burrito bowls myself.) While I was eating, I did feel a bit off, so I just stopped. By this time, it was too late. I woke up at like 2:00 A.M. the next morning with the WORST stomach ache. I got diarrhea but was finally able to return to sleep. At around 8:00 A.M., I got that sour feeling in my mouth that I was going to throw up and I did. I then had to take my seat back on the toilet and do my business there. I went to drink some lemon water to try and cleanse my body of the toxins that the Hingham Chipotle still has lingering in their food, but then I throw up again. For the rest of the day, Im almost as weak as I felt when I had a weeks-worth of mono. I also pooped maybe 7 times that day as well. Dont even get me started on the next day. The diarrhea and throwing up continues. This is the moment when I finally realize what gave me the WORST food poisoning of my LIFE! I then have to lug myself to store to buy some Gatorade to restore my body of electrolytes and stuff. Anyways, even though I was an AVID fan of Chipotle. I WILL NEVER, and I MEAN NEVERRRR, EAT FROM THIS CHIPOTLE AGAIN. AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! I think Ill take a break from Chipotle for a while, too, like I did to Panera after the supposed "caesar" dressing made me throw up, too. I returned to Panera Bread maybe a year and a half later, so I can guarantee that I wont be eating Chipotle ANY time soon. And thats a fact! (Id give this zero stars, but hey, Ill give a star for two strenuous days of uncontrollable vomit and poo!) Lmao, byeee!

The staff was absolutely very nice, especially one of the young gentleman. I would love to return there. Great food. But during closing time they did get a little distracted while I was ordering my food and it was bit difficult but not too shabby. I would return again hopefully around daytime so I wouldnt encounter that issue again. I guess its worth the food! Also, they give really small portions compared to other chipotle restaurants which was super disappointing.

Out of chorizo. Waited twenty. Threw our cold food that they said they would have chorizo for soon. then acted like I wasnt sitting in front of her even after I just reminded her very nicely and we had already payed. Absolutely horrible service. It was one of the girls that is a twin.

The employees have little to no customer service skills. Out of the 7 employees behind the counter 5 of them were having a private conversation and not taking orders. I waited in line for 45 min to have my order taken. Overall terrible experience at the derby street chipotle

Ate here Saturday 2/13 and woke up with the worst food poisoning Ive ever experienced. Still in bed 2 days later trying to get back on my feet. Never eating at Chipotle again - the bacteria is still there. Be careful and eat their disgusting food at your own risk

The food and employees are excellent, but the place needs updating. Walls have never been cleaned or painted since they opened. Bathrooms need to be maintained too. The volume they see on a daily bases they should have one person just constantly cleaning.
