This place is the most consistent place I have ever gone to eat. That is one, if not the most important thing...consistency. Knowing that burger and fries...or whatever the product is, will be the same delicious thing whenever you go. They keep up well with the cleanliness and the order takers are always very nice. Would rather go here tem times over if I want. Good burger than anywhere else.

This establishment is NOT up to par with other 5 Guys restaurants. When made correctly, the food is delicious, but this is a rare occasion. Burgers often require re-assembly after being carelessly tossed into the bag and are guaranteed to be missing requested toppings. Also, the request for Cajun Fries is almost never met. This 5 Guys restaurant REQUIRES new management.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. For all the buzz this place gets, I just dont think it lives up to it. The burger is good, but not great and Im not a huge fan of the fries...tbey always seem to need a few minutes more in the fryer. I think the pricing is certainly fair, and love that the toppings have no extra charge, except cheese.

My family and I went out to eat here one night to see what all the talk was about from friends. Everyone said how great it was. I dont agree at all. Very overpriced for burgers and fries and I left with major heartburn from all the grease. I think I would of liked McDonalds dollar menu over 5 guys.

Went there to try it, burgers were very over cooked, all hard and crusty, dripping with fat, Lettuce had mostly brown in it, tomato was not ripe. Fries were over half small one inch pieces and they all were full of bad spots. Very greasy, just dumped into the bag. Waste of money.

Tasty & fresh! The fries are hand-cut from fresh potatoes. Also very clean and efficient. Reminds me of In & Out Burger in California. Worth a little extra price for a great burger & fries!

Their burgers are nothing special. Prices are high and it takes too long to receive your order. The fries are the best i have ever had. They are made with peanut oil.
