VERY small with limited seating everything about this place is TINY from the Food Processing Line to the Dining Room Entry Way and the Restroom ( which you need a code to enter) although it is somewhat quick due to its size it gets full FAST so make sure you know when to visit there isnt much room. i just didnt like how they assumed my order was to go and nearly smashed my 3 Tacos together into a Tin Foil i was lucky they didnt explode inside. overall its ok but i think now that i tried it id much rather choose a different one the only good thing about this place is it has self serve soda machine ( not freestyle though) apart from that its alright just too tight. and i have NO idea why it has an elevator that just takes you to the restroom hall its really not needed. its like 6 steps to the inside on a small staircase.

I used to work at a Chipotle as a manager and let me tell you, this location is amazing! The food is perfect as always, and the crew are genuinely the NICEST food service workers Ive ever come across in addition to having GREAT communication with each other! I dont know his name, but the guy on T1 on 4/12 was so upbeat and positive, he really embodied everything a Chipotle worker should be! Keep up the good work guys!

Terrible service, portions are a joke sometimes my burrito is too stuffed to roll (either that or the workers dont care enough to roll properly) other times i watch as i get a tablespoon of each ingredient and a cigarette sized burrito Lets not even get started on how dirty the counters are, to the point where the foods are mixed, cheese in the guacamole etc Undercooked chicken and steak, just disasterous

I received a coupon mailer for a free burrito after the great e-coli scare of winter 2016 as an attempt to win me back. Fortunately, my appetite and positive review can be purchased for the low price of a burrito with free guacamole (a $10 value). I was impressed with the new vegetarian pinto beans and the new vegetarian sofritas, which reminded me of a vegan chorizo. I would go back.

This place is pretty good but, there are many other burrito chains that will be better from a pricing standpoint. Moes Southwest Grill or Baja Fresh are both options I would choose over Chipotle if the option were available. In Boston there may be limited selection. I got the steak burrito and found the steak cuts were chewy and made the burrito hard to eat.

Of course the food is consistent but the service is slow!! Maybe Im from NY where a Wendys has a zig zag line of 50-100+ out the door and yet still get to the end of the line in about 15 mins tops WITH accuracy. Im not use to seeing such SLOW service. The line was moving so slowly! Not even that many ppl if the line moved.. :/

Its basically the same chain as all other Chipotles - fast service, good food, etc. One thing though is that serving portions can vary a lot depending on the server. Sometimes, the server will give me a bowl thats so full that its almost spilling out. Sometimes, the server gives me a bowl thats barely half full.

If you want courtesy and pleasantries, this location isnt for you. However, if you want a delicious meal served in an impressively efficient time frame during the weekday lunch rush, this is your place. The line out the door is off-putting, the employees are abrupt and will rush you. But damn, theyre fast.

This is the FASTEST Chipotle crew you will ever see. In a rush? Line out the door? No worries youll be out with your food in 10 minutes. Only down side is, plan to find a place other than in their dining area to eat because there probably wont be seating around lunch time.

The food is great, taste delicious, I get served fast. But they closed at 9 pm when I arrived there and the website says they closed at 10 pm which it was 9:35 pm when they locked the doors. There was no point of me going! They need to update the website.

I wish this place didnt exist, it ruined my whole chipotle exlerience for life. I have been doing chipotle for 6 years, about once a week. I got raw chiken, multiple peices. Almost threw up. Never again.
