One cashier on both recent visits was about as slow as she could be. The last visit (not at a typical lunch time, it was on a Saturday) we were the only ones in line and by the time she finished the line was out the door (not food time, order time) and then the last thing I ordered was not put in the bag, and the dipping sauce was incorrect (got ranch and hot mustard, asked for ranch and sweet & tangy). I think if I go back there, I will probably just leave if I see the same person working. (My last 2 visits were at least a month a part, so I am thinking that either she is not cut out for fast food or a better training program is needed)

Having lived in this area my whole life, Ive frequented this location on occasions.I can honestly say Ive walked out more times than Ive ordered.. The service is absolutely awful, the restaurant is always dirty and theyve never got my order right.. standing in line recently, I watched them screw every single order up and we waited 20 minutes for our order that came out messed up as well. Im not usually one to bash anything in a review but this restaurant I made an exception for. KFC should be embarrassed by how this restaurant operates.

Dirty tables/ bathroom. The toilet seat of the womens room was detached. A ladys kid almost fell on but there was no in store manager to talk to. The cashier was efficient and polite but Im pretty sure that he was stoned. The location was way understaffed. It too forever to get our food and after we got it we had to go back for the forgotten items. Id hope this is a one time thing, a bad night but the shabby state of the building tells me corporate doesnt give a chicken little about the only KFC in the area.

This is the worst KFCI have ever been to I never post anything negative but this was so far out of control everybody deserves to know their drinks were so watered down you could barely taste the flavoring in the fountain drinks their service sucked and It took them for ever to take my order there was nobody in line in front of me and I stood there for about 15 minutes before somebody could help me there was nobody in the drive-through either

Dirty is the best way to describe this place. On our recent visit there were few people but everything was dirty or greasy and the employees seem to care less. Food was lukewarm and mediocre except for my mashed potatoes which were burnt. Soda area was sticky, windows were greasy with trash and dead bugs. Time before this was the same. A shame because up until 6 months ago it was good.

Floors are slippery greasy. Order person filling her pen orders when someone should be doing it for her so people in line are not waiting longer. Ordered at 11:30am and cookies were not done, were just put into the oven. The soda machine didnt have ice in it. They repeatedly said they hadnt had time to full it yet and had to put ice in our cups for us.

I was there Sunday July 15,17.....the food was disgusting.....the portions were very small everything looked like it was drowned in grease..never got the cookies that came with the meals we ordered..i loved KFC we havnt had one in years ...thats the last time i will eat there..ever.....The help sucked no personality.....Too bad they went down hill....

I was just there,brought home dinner,,original chicken was very good ,,service was great,,only down fall was the chicken tenders i bought my wife were old and dried out,my wife could not eat,,due to the distance to home i have to take loss,,there is plenty of room here for improvement.for how long food sits in there warming ovens

If I could give a zero I would. 2 hours before closing they would not make more food. And they were out of everything. Very rude, no gloves being used, and manager on duty wouldnt even come out to talk to us. We will never return to this store........EVER!!!!

I am a huge chicken fan! And I love KFC. I believe they have amazing food and their Cole slaw is the best! The only downside is like stated before is they sometimes mess youre order up so be sure you get what you pay for! Besides that everything is great!!

This location has greatly improved on their service and food quality. Only issue i have had the past couple visits are the quality of the apple turnovers - or apple pies depending on which sign you look at - they have been never quite right.

portions are small, chicken tastes like fish, and the biscuits were too dry. not to be picky, but the only thing that tasted good was the wedges. the service was good, at least. in spite of that, I cant recommend this place. sorry.

Organization, place was dirty and the line was out the door with no chicken. Seems like the Tilton NH location needs leadership who can manage the store better. Wont be going back and will tell all we know to stay away

If you love chicken then this is a nice place to get it fast. Ive had alot of great experiences here and one not so good where I ordered a 10 piece and only got 7. Just make sure you get what you ask for.
