I ordered my food and then to save time and boxes the employee name Anton decided to put my meal in a box with someone elses meal. Yes this other person was my friend but we payed separately. When I went to ask him where my food was 20 minutes after I ordered this is when he told me my chicken was in someone elses box not when he handed it out. When I went to complain that this is not how I should have recieved my meal he told me to f*** off and to leave. When I spoke to the manager he was very rude and refused to take action. By far KFC is the worst fast food place Ive ever been in the sense that there food is gross and there customer service is horrible.

I asked for Potato Wedges at the speaker (with my meal). When I got to the window she reads back my order saying Mash (for mashed potatos - come on learn to speak). I corrected her but it didnt matter cause when I got home I had mashed potatos (I dont think they even had any potato wedges). She never gave me a receipt. For my change she gave me a 5 and 5 ones but the 5 was so badly torn that it ripped the rest of the way when she handed it to me, and I had to Ask for a new 5 (but got 5 more ones). All the reviews say the same thing. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!

The worst KFC Ive been to. I dont know why the manager is still not fired there. When I was there, they told one customer they dont have any thighs left. It was only 8:20pm and they close at 10pm. When I came in around 8:00pm, they told me they dont have legs and thighs, I need to wait 9 mins. And finally I got my chicken, and it was wrong order. I ordered original, it came with crispy. And why dont you guys just shut the door at 8:30pm if nothing left? I so love KFC, hey the employees there, please dont ruin it!

Its really not even worth 1 star, I am from Milford and it has been horrible for a long time now. 1. food never fresh/ never hott. Looks like food has been sitting around for hours. 2. people are not friendly at all. Seeing as none of them speak english. Customer Service isnt the best job for people who cant say hello. 3. Never get an order right. Im a big KFC fan so i have giving them a bunch of chances to redeem themselves and everytime its worse than the time before. :)

As far as KFC goes, I expected them to have only beaks and necks left, to my surprise they had everything I ordered at 8pm. High Five to the Milford MA KFC. I took one star away because I had to point to pictures to order due to a language barrier. Very nice famale employee though. I felt bad I had to say "What?" After every word. The pictures helped ALOT. I Recommend thus KFC over all others Ive been too in the past.

Bought the 3 peice basket for. $ 9.49 got two thighs and a drumstick on 1/19/2017..... at 4 oclock pm not even a breast for $9.49 ...... totally disappointing ...food tasted as expected ..... and the personalitill give a 1 as when I questioned the situation got woulda charged you more for the thigh .... theyre bad......think Im not feeling the Kentucky fried thing so much anymore...

Needed food for a dozen hungry guys quickly. They took the order cheerfully and filled it in a couple of minutes, no mistakes. very pleasant workers, helpful, clean restaurant Thank you for making this lunch visit so easy.

The chicken is dry and the mashed potatoes are watery. The soda machine comes out with such force that you wear your drink. Not sure what happened to this location but it has gone downhill. I will not eat here again.

The drive thru person could not speak English. Told us that the side and drink for the combos was an extra charge and that you didnt choose the side, it was only mashed potatoes. This place is terrible.

This KFC is the WORST. THEY DID Not have any chicken ready and the manager was hiding in her office and when she finally came out she was rude. This store should be shut down!
