in general this is a pretty good location but it has its flaws, for one thing depending on the day or time the staff isnt always that friendly most are nice but there is a few here and there. the other thing i keep noticing alot is they NEVER have lemons at the soda station every time EMPTY and you need to watch your receipt as well last time i ordered a sandwhich with a side order of veggie soup and the lady never added it when i clearly said i wanted it had to go back and reorder so annoying. unlike others at least the rest rooms dont have that stupid code to use it. the dining area is ok but usually it can get quite busy and the food? typical like all the rest hit or miss but in general OK nothing fabulous. its good but it needs some improvement its been this way ever since it opened about 3-4 years ago little change.and its the only affordable place to eat in the south bay mall..... thats unless you want olive garden or applebees next door.

From the moment I walked in I got this feeling that I walked into a cozy cafeteria. There was a moderate line but it kept moving. The staff was warm and friendly. I only ordered a hot chocolate with a bear claw (for those who dont know, a bear claw is a sweet pastry thats the shape of a paw and its filled with a sweet paste.) Price wasnt too expensive, it might be comparable to Starbucks but a little cheaper. All said, it was a good place for a bite and lounge.

The worst! Went in a few weeks ago and had to wait in line for 10 minutes and there was only one person behind the counter. Discovered that only one person preparing the food, which I waited 15 minutes for the food. I complained to the manager, who was tone deaf. Went in yesterday and there were 10 people in line, but three people behind the register, it still took 8 minutes to get my food, must do better.

The food is good but the people that work there need to be more professional, I was there one weekend and they let the trash and trays build up really high and you would see employees look at it and walk away. Also every time Im there I see employees arguing. But like I said the food it good, just need to be more professional as a company.

Plastic ware. NO REAL DINNERWARE! also failed to ask me. For a side and assumed a baguette. Guess they reviewed my last orders to determine.what i enjoy..failed to ask if i had a panera rewards card..this place had no line.. no excuse Waiting 15mins for a meal... Guess there dishwashers broken.. eating here

This review is for the employer named "Vicki" who was extrenely disrespectful when I walked in. Soon as I walked in she made a comment to another employee about how theres "no way" my ass "can be real". How do you think I felt standing there, Besides in shocked and pissed off. She embarrassed me very much.

Ready to empty your wallet for a casual lunch... voila! If they didnt do such great work for the hungry and homeless, I would 2nd guess. You have to think about that fact when you go because the food is yummy, but the menu has high price points for casual, sometimes pre-prepared foods.

I am a frequent visitor ...so much so that some of the employees call me by name. Totally enjoy this place; the food is tasty & healthy, the employees are in general very friendly and the atmosphere is conducive to eating and/or meeting for a casual business lunch.

The worst! Second time I go the this location and have a bad experience, bad staff talking reckless and cussing next to kids, with the manager in presence but didnt do or say nothing to his staff. Wont be visiting the location ever again

They are expensive for no reason. I payed $18 for a lobster roll. When I started to eat the lobster roll, I noticed that the lobster meat is fake. All that money for fake lobster meat! Never going again!

The problem at this store in Dorchester is that everyone is speaking spanish and broken english at best. The orders are wrong and the cussing doesnt help. A corporate visit here would help.
