We were there today with friends to celebrate Mothers Day. Had joined your club and recd $10 off coupon. Coupon rules were to be per party check. We had separate family checks, but sat at same table to enjoy each others company as you do when out with friends. Then we were told it was one coupon per table. So, your saying every family that signs up and gets a $10 reward must never eat out with anyone else at the same table because they then cannot use the reward you gave them. That is such a scam. And the food was NOT that great. Better in the Carolinas by far!!! Needless to say, we need no more of your rewards. We WONT be back again and definitely will spread the word to all our family and friends. And to top it all, the girl hands us (each family at table) more $10 off cards. Why, we cant use them unless we go out to eat alone. Ridiculous!!! Well be unsubscribing from your club as well. Thanks for nothing. Could have eaten better at TGI Fridays or Olive Garden. May you reap what you sow.

Just went there for ribs and the service (waitress) we had was awful.. She forgot basicly everything.. First we didnt get straws, we ordered ribs and never got extra napkins, a bone bag, or wetnapps.. I had to ask the hostess who was cleaning the table behind us, who was actually helping our waitress by cleaning her tabel to get us these things because our waitress was no where in sight for quite some time. Wish I could of given the hostess a tip honestly.. The ribs werent brown sugar and had to ask for the sauce to put on top.. All in all that place seems to be going down hill, Ive been there two years ago before college and it as decent. Now I could care less about going for ribs there.

While dining this evening, I had ordered a burger and asked to put on a topping of onion tanglers, listed under toppings for an additional dollar. When we received the bill, I was charged 2.09. I questioned the waiter, he said he doesnt know, cause he only hits a button. I asked him to get the menu so I could point it out to him. He didnt even offer to get the manager, and as I was leaving, they were talking and laughing a bit. Knowone offered an explanation. I left, and did mention it to the guy at his podium. I know the amount of money is minor, but its just that they would not address it. It will be a long time before I go back

Food was great got ribs and the pulled pork Nachos were the best. My server was very friendly and helpful. Would have given five stars if i didnt have to hear the girl upsell you taking a survey all night. Herd her go through the same speech like 6 times before she cashed us out and then told us the same thing. Also i think 13.99 for a nacho appetizer is a bit expensive. Just saying

went there at midnight to celebrate a 21 after some ice hockey and the bartender said she doesnt know if she can serve him until the "next business day" but she had to go ask her manager who was sitting at the bar drinking with people ... how can the manager be drinking at the bar with customers but a legal 21 year old cant get served? we left the two pitchers on the bar and left

I cannot praise the food enough... The food for daughters Couples Shower was provided by Smokey Bones Taunton, Herman Medeiros Thank you for all your help putting together the perfect menu!! I will never self cater and event again.. Everyone loved it, when back for more and asked where it was from... looks like you will now have some new loyal patrons!!

Awful. The food was terrible, akin to school cafeteria food. $15 for small portion of sliced chicken breast (looked and tasted like poor quality pre-packaged deli chicken). Ive had better tasting instant mashed potatoes out of a box. The only decent thing on my plate was the broccoli. ... And when is broccoli ever the best thing on your plate?

Food wasnt that good, burger was sub par, bun was so soggy the whole thing fell apart. But I cant really say cuz the waitress wouldnt leave us alone to eat while she bitched about her boyfriend. Food took forever, got charged twice for nachos on a split bill. Spent $50 to get talked at the whole time and left hungry. Guys night out was ruined.

Delicious food, and phenomenal service. Charles being our server was a beyond pleasing experience. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and even had a happy attitude about him the whole time. Ill be back just to enjoy being treated like the only people in the room. Not easy when we were a group of 6.

The utensils were dirty for starters. The food was horrible and overcooked ( burnt on the outside and cold inside) very odd. We sat near the pool tables which was horrible as people who were playing almost hit us while eating. I wouldnt recommend Smokey Bones. Go to Red Robin instead or Chilis.

Just came here for a night out with friends to enjoy a burger and brew and had an awful burger, and was forced to hear our server talk about her boyfriend all night...wow, what a blast. I couldnt even eat my food, although I will say this; the buffalo chicken dip was decent. Money not well spent

I usually Go on Monday night around 10:00pm for drinks and all you can eat wings. Beer selection is excellent. Beers taste fresh so tap lines must be clean so keep up the good work. Tons of TVS at the bar. Smoked sweet and tangy dry rubber wings are amazing. Its 5 stars for me 3 times in a row.

We ordered prime rib rare came out done they had no more prime rib left at 6:30 on a Saturday night also its Saturday night and then they ran out of the special which was prime rib. How do you run out of the special for the evening somebody please tell me

Even with their awesome new manager, this place just isnt worth it anymore. Its food is never consistent and dips well below acceptable standards of quality, and its just not worth the hassle or the gamble of whether or not my meal is going to be edible.

Great BBQ restaurant with everything from juicy steaks to slow-cooked briskets to pulled pork sandwiches to old-fashioned, meaty burgers. Delicious food, but as another reviewer noted, almost certainly not for vegans.

The food was good. However, the staff is hurendeous. I sat and watched multipule tables having to get up and ask there servers for silverware including myself. My server had a constant attitude. Just unacceptable.

The Food was over cooked. None of our orders came out correctly. The staff ignored the group and forgot to enter orders. It was clear almost everything that came to the table was reheated. Never again!

Time and time again, Smokey Bones has provided quality wings with great meals for expected prices. Beautiful on the inside, good music, and great staff makes Smokey Bones a great experience.
