Only place open on Thanksgiving which is great for people that dont have anywhere to go and since this year I was in this predicament,decided to go.There was a bit of a line so I decided to run to the bathroom first.The guy that was just getting out of the Mens room was an employee and I noticed he was still wearing the plastic gloves you wear when handling food! So I decided to walk back front real quick just to see if he would change his gloves.NOPE! He immediately went to the rack of cooked chickens and started handling them still wearing the same gloves he walked out of the bathroom with! Needless to say,I didnt order any food there and immediately left. Absolutely disgusting and poor training on managements part making sure health violations like this does not happen!

I love the food here, about two years ago I had an incident where I found a squiggly black hair in my mac n cheese, mind you, my hair is long and brown. But I have been back since because I cant resist. Everything is delicious and the prices range from very cheap to moderate, the portions are satisfying, Ive never left hungry. The only complaint that I have is the service. They are very rude. Out of the many times I went there, I felt rushed, everyone working there looks miserable and Ive always gotten a glare or attitude from the staff. otherwise, everything else is fine, good location and a neat atmosphere. I recommend.

The last time I went to a Boston Market was at least 7-8 years ago, and it was great. Having moved to Boston recently, I saw this BM and was anxious to visit. If this BM is any indication of the rest of the chain, sadly, the franchise has gone downhill. Paid way too much for a "family meal" (meals, btw, dont include drinks lol, wth) to get a dry chicken, soggy corn, and ice-cold, refreshing, CORN BREAD. Napkin dispenser was empty and I had to ask twice for napkins - despite multiple employees standing around doing nothing. Dont think Ill be coming back here again.

The people there suck. They stare at you like they cant understand a word you are saying, and the whole process turns into you sorta just gesturing at what food you want and they try their best to pick the right stuff. Only go there when I need to and more often then not I end up with a bunch of salty crap that I didnt really want. To avoid this I usually just get a pot pie, those dead eyed animals cant seem to mess that up.

My favorite fast food... every Boston Market is slightly different and has their own spin on the environment. This particular establishment is extremely clean and the food arrives on real plates with a real fork which is something i appreciate. Delicious as always!

We love the food here but this location always seems to run out of whatever we decide to have for dinner. We either have to wait for them to make more or choose something else. Its still a great alternative when we want a home-style meal without having to cook!

Food is delicious but the service was terrible today - my Granddad bought a whole chicken and 2 large sides but they wouldnt give us corn bread unlesd we bought the 3 side family meal. It was a sad testament to lack of common courtesy today!

Good healthy food, if you dont order online you can get stuck in a line and wait a bit here around lunch time. Paper Menu is confusing and is more geared towards group or party order. Employers there are nice and very helpful
