The food is great i am a frequent customer I love their pizzas and pretty much everything. The only thing I gotta say is that theres a lady who answers the phone sometimes that is extremely rude the only reason why I continue to order is because their food is really tasty and my kids love it as well if not I was going to stop because of that. As a customer service employee I take that very seriously and would never talk to a customer in a rude way.

The pizza is the best of south shore, we did love the pizza by the first time at today, the food taste real pizza, sauce is not spice, the cheese is the real mozzarella, they cook the pizza on time and to be honest the owners work hard to always serve us a good food, they always running and thats why they are busy, thanks for your great service, your restaurant is our favorite!

the food is good, nothing really speacial but the owners.....OMG they are very RUDE, STINGY, no CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONAL.... your only allowed one napkin, they dont sell slice pizza on the weekend and you cant request lett,tom and pickle on the side for your sub...they will refuse to do soo. its really sad beacuse i like the food but will never go back there

This is basically the go-to in Braintree. Not sure where anyone else gets delivery from in this godforsaken area of the country, but BHoP has been one place I can count on for feeding me after Ive drank too much and am too lazy to cook. Solid food. Thanks for helping with the hangovers as well!

Pizza was dry -- tasteless. Meatball sub made from frozen meatballs was not even edible. Better off to buy your own frozen meatballs from the supermarket. Sauce was bitter and really nasty. Food was so bad it was not even worth complaining about. Will never go there again.

I used to be a weekly costumer and recommended to all,unfortunately first time I didn t order online(did on the phone )was so badly treated,never was treated with such rudeness,and disrespect as I was!Again,unfortunately you guys lost a regular costumer forever!

Good food...not too much of any anything, not too little. Everything tastes balanced and professional. But the service...every time I try to place an order, I end up becoming very frustrated...they just dont listen to anything you try to tell them!
