I ordered a delivery order at 9:16 pm. nearly 45 minutes before close. I received the email confirmation with an estimated delivery time of 9:46, 14 minutes before close. I am writing this review at 11:19 pm, 2 hours after I placed my order and I NEVER received my order. Since the store was closed shortly after my estimated delivery time I was unable to speak to anyone regarding the fact my food never arrived. According to your own website you deliver until 10pm. I can understand if I placed an order at 9:59 that my order may not be processed, but 45 minutes before close and you dont make an order? I even looked at the confirmation multiple times to make sure I didnt enter my address and phone number wrong. Its all correct. I order from you guys maybe once every couple of weeks because I like the deals you offer. There is a Dominos just as close that I may start going to instead.

I hadnt been in some time to Pizza Hut so I stopped to grab a quick bite for lunch. The food was good and the service was excellent, but what I didnt realize is that it is a take out only place. Its just something to consider if you go there: expect to take your food home, back to work, or some other destination.

This pizza is the best around Northshore area. Love the choice of drizzle and crust flavoring they offer. You can get great deals online, and this pizza chef inside this location is a true magician. Try the Thin Crust pizza with balsamic drizzle and garlic Parmesan crust flavors.. Out of the world !!

Folks were very nice. Clean. It is just a storefront and no sit down dining, the first pizza hut I had seen like that. Good experience and fast service.
