Had what I thought was an error in price but it was my mistake afterall (kinda wont bore U all with details) bt surprisingly the young lady behind the counter (the original y.l. that took my order, the one I asked to look at my receipt obv was busy bc she kept telling me the same "answer" bt didnt understand what I was asking yet still very nice) was awesome with her customer service. She was polite & tried to make me understand as well as make me happy. Ill never go back to the other one. Thank you ladies. $15 for 2 ppl at a fast-food place isnt exactly cheap although not crazy either, my point is all customers should be treated with respect as they did tonight! On the flip side Ive seen customers act like complete A&&es & no-one shld have to put up with that, I wouldnt. Food was made as we ordered, no mistakes & store was clean. Overall good. Only reasons not 5 stars is nothing to do with customer service or food its only bc the last 2 times weve gone in the soda is very watered down. Really not worth getting. Other than that very minor detail, cant complain about anything. I rarely write a review, sorry so long. :)

Average food quality, service is decent but location can be busy with kids from the high school across the street. Ive eaten here about 4-5 times and portion size can be small. On my recent visit it was worse than usual and the beans and tortillas were really dry. They let kids loiter and seating might be tough for bigger groups during the afternoon if school is in session. Today there appears to be a homeless person laying down sleeping on a bench in the restaurant for the last 20 minutes and an employee has walked by a couple times and hasnt done anything. They also forgot an item on my order but fixed it in under a minute.

theyre open today, but theyre really not. i just left there after standing at the counter for a good ten minutes, and they saw me waiting, but wasnt going to take my order. after one of your employees who I think was on break called to them in the back at least 5 times, and they just ignored him too, I left.

This is such a great Taco Bell. I come here often, and most of the time they are super friendly and my food always comes out perfect. I never thought food at a Taco Bell could be so good to be honest, but this one manages to go above the others. The inside could be a little cleaner though.
