We went here for dinner after a graduation and my little brother said that he seen a bug. We thought nothing of it since it was 90 degrees outside. Minutes later I see a tiny bugs jumping on the napkins and menus. Then another. Then other members of our party start to say the same. The tiny jumping bugs were FLEAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our waitress was extremely apologetic and when we asked for the manager she immediately got her. The manager (Angela) came over and as we told her about the problem she stood there staring at us silently and blankly. Once we finished notifying her she responded by saying Ok. Is there anything else I can do. To which my mom responded that she hasnt done anything. We proceeded to explain the problem AGAIN and when she said nothing AGAIN, we finally said in unison What are you going to do about this?!. We also explained to her that we didnt need compensation for our meal or anything like that, we just wanted to know what she was going to do about this horrible disgusting problem. She replied by saying well theyre replacing the carpets tonight. SERIOUSLY????!!!! #1 Replacing carpets doesnt get rid of a flea problem Angela. #2 Standing there looking rudely and stupidly at your PAYING customers is not how a manager behaves Angela. So much more I wish I had the energy to write. We will be calling the manager, corporate and the health dept tomorrow. The experience could have been smoothed over but Angela was horrible, even worse than the fleas.

We went to Olive Garden to utilize their Veterans Day discount but never got the "special menu" you have to order off of to get the discount. We got our beverages, mine included a water and a decaf coffee which was watery and barely lukewarm. Our sugar caddy was nearly empty when we got there as well. We each only got one drink, no refills were ever offered and no one came by with a water pitcher. Our server was clearly in over her head with tables, it was a busy night but we barely got service from her at all. My husband got the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks and when we asked for more breadsticks more than once we didnt receive any. We got the bill and our friend had put his military ID in it and she came back waving around the "special menu" and asked if any of us ordered anything off of it, never showing it to us, but the soup salad and breadsticks meal was on there so we got that free. We also heard her complaining to another table about how many big parties were in that day, which in my opinion isnt very professional. Overall the service was terrible and this is the second time weve been to olive garden in the area and havent had a good experience.

I was supposed to meet friends for dinner. I entered the restaurant twice and asked for their table, mentioning them by name, and was told they were not there. Because my cell phone lost battery power, I could not call and so I went home to call them and ask if I had gotten the time or date wrong. Alas, they were still at the restaurant waiting for me, worried about where I was. I ended up eating a pop tart for supper and meeting them somewhere else for dessert. Every time Ive ever tried to eat at Olive Garden, either the service was crappy, there was too long a wait, and now this. Im done. As far as Im concerned, the staff didnt make that much of an effort to help out. Its embarrassing for a patron to have to roam a restaurant alone looking lost - the staff should go and seek out the party and then bring the customer to them. THAT would have been service.

Poor service but I blame it on the waitress. 2 of us arrived at 11:50 am sat in the bar area. (No lines, no waiting). Waited 10 minutes for waitress, ordered all you can eat soup, salad, breadsticks and the other order was a pannini. Salad came then 20 minutes later the soup arrived. After voicing my concern for the long wait the waitress stated that she wanted to "pace" our meal stating "she didnt know we were in a hurry to eat lunch". Perhaps she was saving the soup or cutting costs but whatever the case we only ate one bowl of soup, salad, and the sandwhich arrived so late, we wrapped it up. Bottom line...she was not a good waitress. Two other tables had similar complaints. The manager was understandin and apologetic clearly realizing that perhaps the waitress needs re-training. Not sure if I will try it again.

Came in with joy for their all you can eat soup. With in 45 minutes there only got 2 soups and had to go search for the waitress after 15 minutes of waiting to get that 2nd soup. Its not ALL YOU CAN EAT if they dont bring you soup! Got my 3rd soup with my check. Such a rip off!!! All my love for this place and its soup is gone. Was so sad that i lost all my appetite that I didnt even eat my 3rd soup, and I loooved Olive Gardens soup. Soup that I did get was really good but the service was beyond bad. (The waitress was the lady with blonde hair and thick painted on eye brows) Didnt want to be that rude customer and ruin it for others enjoying their meals by telling the waitress how bad the service was in front of them. Paid the check, got up and left.

This location deserves less than one star rating. Their General Manager is completely rude and unprofessional. Their restaurant manager had scheduled our group for a lunch seminar to be held in their restaurant. We confirmed with them three times over a two weeks period leading up to the seminar. When our party arrived he threw a fit and said we were no longer welcome there and they knew nothing about our party coming in. He treated our company with complete and utter disrespect. When we attempted to call him from our home office he hung up the telephone and would not have a conversation with us. We conduct lunch seminars in restaurants around the country and never have ran into such an awful manager to work with.

Rachel was our server and she just seemed like she really didnt want to be there. She brought us a stale, rock hard batch of breadsticks and we used the tablet to call server for another batch but she didnt show up or even check back with us. When I asked for another she told us the machine was down and couldnt bring anymore. Five minutes later she shows up and drops off a basket of fresh breadsticks without saying anything and they were extremely greasy. We didnt eat them. She walked by and left us to go trays soon after we had just started our meals as if she was rushing us. No problem, it smelled horrible in there and we wanted to leave anyway. Worst experience at Olive Garden.

Ive tried patroizing this location twice & both times it was disappointing. The wait is always absurd & the service consistently poor/slow. It was also very cold in there to boot. The management is trying to cook the books by showing a larger profit & not staffing properly. Our server literally told us they were understaffed, so thats how I drew my conclusion. To top it all off, the parking lot lights were out when we finally left. On the upside, the food was good when it finally arrived & my complaint to corporate landing me a free Dinner (hence the two stars). Corporate should really mystery shop this location though as this isnt normal for Olive Garden.
