Everytime we go, nobody is in a good mood. 90% of the time, there is an outage of something, lettuce and fajita was out last night, or cheese and guacamole. Today, our cheese quesadilla was cold, cheese wasnt melted, and the person wrapping burritos doesnt know how. Theres never a line so theres a plus. But, I can see why theres never a line. Every other Chipotle weve ever frequented has been very busy. Im not sure well be back anytime soon. There are a few new faces today but definitely need training in social skills, wrapping burritos, and timing when to make chicken, sofritas (I hate when they are dry and scrape the bottom of the the pan), mild pico, etc. The vegetables are fresh, everything tastes fine, but very frustrating when the service is horrible. You cant enjoy your food fully when the service is bad.

Bad food, the portion was way smaller than other chipotle Ive been to, Im a loyal advocate for chipotle. But such a disappointment this time. The rice was undercooked, the center is still hard, the steak was over-cooked like a rock. The lettuce was yellow and far from fresh the guacamole smelled! The services... I dont wanna even start, why such a rush? There werent that many people in line. Ive ordered extra chicken in the quesadilla! Where is the extra chicken? Unbelievable! Never to return to this store again! And people please stay away too!

Would rather not eat here. This place is a rare have for me... and not in a good way. Food tastes good but also a bit fake. They have a sign up warning you that their meat doesnt meet the required standards. I was told by an employee there that avacado is supposed to be brown and thats how its served. As an avacado lover, this is not true at all. Be aware of the food your getting because they do not care what they serve you. Great example of a business just in it for the money.

Horrible people that work there, Horrible service. Was told that I could not order more then one burrito at a time or I would have to wait until everyone else was served to do my order because I had more then one. Are you kidding me? I was told it was my fault because these orders should be placed on line! Ignorant Ignorant people NEVER again!

Really good burritos and ingredients. Amazing actually. Its the best part about chipotle and why its so hyped up I believe. The chips are not so amazing though. Theyre a little too salty. They didnt seem fresh. Decent atmosphere but not as cozy as some other places but the workers are really nice and friendly.

It seems every time I go the portions get smaller and smaller. If I wanted a flat burrito with a tablespoon of food in it I would go to taco bell. Get a dollar burrito there and its the same size. Pretty disappointed they now prefer to make the portions tiny in an effort to have to cook less aka work less.

The service at this location is always great, no matter how busy it is. It is also very clean and anytime someone leaves a table an employee is right over to wipe it down. It might seem like the basics, but some places just leave the mess. Theyve also been really accommodating when I have weird requests.

Good, but would be better if: 1. They cooked the fajita veggies a little less. They are often charred. 2. They turned the volume down a little on the music. The sound really resonates in there and between the music and the sounds of the guests its unpleasant. I usually do take out for this reason.

Staff is great, constantly hooking up their loyal patrons. They make everything exactly how we want it, and the food is CONSISTENTLY GREAT. When you come to this Chipotle you can count on the food youre getting being exactly what you wanted, and tasting fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

This location has been consistently good. I usually get the gluten free "Bowl" and they will let you get more than one type or rice or salsa or beans if you ask. For less than 7 dollars I usually have plenty to eat for lunch and enough to take home for another meal.

Consistently small portions. Had to stand in line and wait behind staff (3) for them to order before a customer. Food is ok but you keep getting less and less for the same price with poor customer service. Dont think theyll be in business long.

Was served two burritos with raw chicken. Manager was adamant that the chicken "was cooked to temp" and refused to make a second burrito. I am a very easy going customer and never complain. This was a bad experience and awful customer service.

Always new people here. Wouldnt mind it if they were able to listen. They throw on stuff that my child is allergic to (peppers) somehow land in food. They should out peppers Im diff location. Kylee was and will be the very. Best!!
