Probably the worst Fast Food Rest. I have EVER been in, bar none. Yes, it is a Burger King, not the Ritz, but it was really so bad my already low expectations were failed by a long shot. Keep in mind we were there during DINNER, you know, when you probably want to put your best foot forward... There is no sense of upkeep in anything in the store at all. No napkins, 5 ketchup cups, half of the fountain options were out of syrup, no paper towels or evidence of cleaning in the bathroom... it was a nightmare. Threw away my food because if they arent keeping up the place in the areas I could see, then what exactly was I getting on the tray, which I couldnt see being prepared. If I was the franchisee I would be utterly embarassed. Not to mention when my wife asked about a new menu item the cashier didnt have the linguistic ability to describe what was on the new item... but that is a social discussion for another day. Seriously, though, communicating with the customer shouldnt be optional. Just stay away from this place!

Service is awful. Employees have terrible attitudes. Nothing is stocked, when given ketchup packets it was all stuck together and sticky. Tables have foid and trash on all of them. While I was waiting for salt someone came in from the drive thru because their meal was missing their burger! Your given complete attitude when ordering and if your not watching they walk away without saying anything when your trying to order. Gave attitude when we had to ask for ice and constantly yelling to each other about phones and friends instead of paying attention to customers. The place is disgusting. It should definitely be fixed

This was by far the most magical Burger King experience I have had in my lifetime. It started out as a simple need to pee, and grab a quick bite, but by the end of it, it turned out to be much more than that. The interior of the store was breathtaking. Twas ordained with fine art, luscious flora, and wide open spaces that brought a level of artistry to the bistro. Overall it was pretty good.

Food is what youd expect. Went to the bathroom and the sinks faucet was stuck in the "on" position. Told the manager/supervisor about the problem. He didnt care... He told me a trick he does to fix it temporarily. I wouldve liked to see a bit more of a proactive solution. I guess they dont get paid enough to care?

Had the best experience I beleave the cashier was Elizabeth on her name tag. She was very polite took my order in a timely manner she even asked me how I was doing that day. Very well Service I got from her and my order was very well put together so thank u to the young lady made my day!!!!

They close at midnight but didnt want to work for 10 more minutes so they told us they were "out of food" and had to close early. Lol really?? Thats the best excuse you have? If youre going to be lazy at least be honest.

Wow just wow...how bad can you make food?burned chicken,onion rings tasted like the fryer oil was days old and it seemed like there were more people on break than working....NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

Read online that Burger King tied for first out of 4 fast food places that tested Vanilla shakes. They actually made it from scratch and it was the best 3 bucks Ill spend today. Delicious
