Very clean location & helpful, friendly, & professionally staff & my food was hot & fresh when I got there & I even added to my order so they kept my pizza warm while I waited for some free cheese sticks that I had gotten an email for & even though the coupon wouldnt work when ordering online they still put the order through & didnt charge me for them, honoring the coupon! I was shocked at how large the large pan pizza was it was huge & so yummy! They make ordering online or through the app so easy & you can create your own pizza! I had a wonderful experience with everyone in that location & cant wait to order from them again! As much as I enjoyed ordering from another pizza chain I only could get sandwiches from them I didnt like the competitors pizza so this is going to be my go to pizza place & they even deliver but if you want to pick it up, theyre so fast 15 minutes for a custom ordered pizza is awesome! Thank you everyone in the Taunton location youre the best!

The kids there working were all playing around and joking with each other too much to pay attention to the customers. They totally screwed up my pizzas which i didnt notice until i got all the way home about a 15 minute drive after working a 12 hour shift. I was too tired to drive all the way back. But i guess when you hire teenagers thats the kind of business you get. I am very upset I used to go there alot but from mow on i guess i will go to Dominoes. I dont even want to rate it because there is no negative 9s on here..

We recently ordered online from Pizza Hut. When we received the order our breadsticks were the wrong type. We called to inform them of what was probably an honest mistake. They preceded to argue with us about a simple thing like cheese sticks. I love Pizza Hut pizza and order pizza several times a month but will never order from this one again because of the attitude of their employee. Good chain pizza but horrible customer experience when trying to fix a small simple issue.

Well I love pizza here but an employee was serving me and he looked like he hated his job and that the treatment we also received. When I get home to have dinner with family the parmesan chicken was I repeatedly said with the bones and received boneless and very soft and wet. So I returned from dighton ma to return now when I get home the pizza is cold. Definitely not good service.

I went to pizza hut on Broadway first l call and ask what kind of slice of pizzas there have there told me Plan cheese pizza so l went there and they didnt have it this not the first time I have problem so l will not be going there again

Its really great food. But there is always a problem!! Ovens broken. Or computer isnt working. They dont have the right pans to make the pizza you want to order. They dont have cheese for stuff crust. Etc
