I am so unhappy first-time ordering a heat and serve meal website says you need to place the order 2 hours in advance and I place the order 5 days in advance because I didnt want anything to go wrong I arrive to pick up my order and there no spiral ham for my order on Christmas Eve very nice then they refund the ham and after they do the refund she tells me it be a couple of days before the credit shows up I paid with debit card she could have just gave me back cash again on Christmas Eve like I didnt have last minute things to get and I said that to her and she says to me it was only $60. ONLY $60 DOLLARS HOW DARE HER LIKE IF MONEY GREW ON TREES. ANY WAY NEVER NEVER EVER WILL BOSTON MARKET COME BE A PART OF MY HOUSEHOLD AGAIN. Which by the way was a dinner party for 16 people that would have spread the word if it would have turned out to be a good experience.

Highly Overpriced! Youre forced to buy package meal deals, if you order a la carte its even more expensive. Bigger Bang for your Buck if you go to a supermarket and purchase one of their ready-made Birds... I have a feeling it wouldnt be as dry as the mummified carcass I had the pleasure of not enjoying the very last time I ever ate there. Sorry Boston Market, you dropped the ball on the quality of your customer service as well. I was the only one in queue, and waited as if I were tenth...? Supermarket Bird $4.69 here I Come!!!

I have been going to this Boston Market for around 10 years now and every time I step in the door I feel comfortable like I am at home. The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. They serve their food on real plates with actual utensils and even clean up after you are finished, which is different from most restaurants like this. The only problem I have is that the food is pricey for what it is but nothing absurd.

This is a better than average example of this particular chain. Usually clean, good service and relatively good selection of freshly made sides and mains. I particularly like their meatloaf. Ordering ahead via the Web is a breeze and sometimes the order is filled by the time they claim, particularly if you dont order ahead during a busy time. As with all locations, the stuffing side is almost inedible.

Decent food when its available, but often common menu items are out. Their process is really broken, I am often asked again while waiting at the window about details of my order or theyre lost and not done right. I know this is a personal pet peev, but they also give you a 2ft long recipe when you order 2 things.

I ordered my food and couldnt find a table to sit on because all the tables have dirty plates on. I asked employee if she can clean up one table for me she said she has to serve customers so we ended up cleaning up our own table. I decided not to go to that restaurant again.

I kinda like this food, delicious, but I downgraded them (as a chain) for taking away the good items from the menu for stupid reasons. They used to have loaded mashed potato, discontinued. They used to have better ingredients in the green beans, not any more. Shame.

Went there, we wanted meatloaf, they were out. So we asked for turkey instead, they were out. So we got chicken. They had that. Then we ordered soft drinks, they sold it to us and there was none left. Food was pretty good though.
