They might be capable of making good pizzas. But definitely they have no ethics or do they care for the customers. I Went there last night at 9:15 PM and ordered a grandfather clock pizza with custom toppings. Meaning, I specifically told them NO BEEF / PORK and instead please add on chicken. The lady who took my order did listen to me and processed my order. Also she confirmed that there will be NO BEEF/ PORK and instead she will Chicken for the same price. I waited there for around 20-25 minutes and a tall guy walked up to me with my pizza box. After I reached home at 10:30 PM, I opened the box to see no chicken but only BEEF. I am a Hindu and I dont eat BEEF. These guys have abused my cultural sentiments. They have no ethics. Today When I called them, they said they cant do anything about it now. But they might have thought about doing something if Id called them on the same day. When I googled for this place last night, the first thing that I noticed was the closing Hours. It said they will be opened only till 11:00 PM. Thats the reason I didnt bother to call them last night. AGAIN THESE GUYS HAVE ABUSED MY CULTURAL SENTIMENTS BY GIVING ME BEEF TO EAT.

Completely awful, if I could give negative stars I would. New Years eve we reluctantly ordered from this local chain as we were staying in a hotel nearby. The pizza was sent with the wrong toppings, in the wrong size, and UNSLICED. When we called back about it the woman working informed us that we would be refunded (sweet woman, excellent kind demeanor, I feel awful that she has to work at this establishment) and told us it would be a couple days until the refund was processed. Two days later, we still didnt receive the refund so we called the store, only to be met by a rude man on the phone claiming to be the manager. He refused to process a refund, rushed us off the phone and claimed that they cant do refunds. We were hung up on by this man on more than three occasions, being disrespected and threatened by force of police for harassment. All we wanted was our money back, and I am completely astonished that a business could approach a situation with such unprofessionalism and rudeness. I am beyond thankful that we do not live in the area so we never have to order from this business again.

Ordering from grubhub, Ive had very good experiences. The subs are reasonably priced,and there is no extra charge to add toppings. They dont skimp on filling the subs, either. They even toasted the bread for me, when I wrote in request in special instructions (its currently not a listed option, for some reason); it greatly improved the sandwich, and is good to know - especially for the saucier hot sub options. Work in the area, so Ive always ordered pick up - dunno about delivery times, but Ive never had to wait. Seems like the place is clean, people friendly, and food has always been fresh.

I order a pizza thry get it wrong. me being a nice person knowing they are about to close in 5 min. they tell me they will make me another pizza I say its fine Ill just wait till tomorrow. She. say ok I call back the next day the guys talking about you can have 3.00 off whattt yea ok keep those 3.00 along with never getting my business again,

Pizza was really good. Service was good. It was not all the clean. They charged use $1 to do a half half pizza plus the toppings. Apparently it cost a dollar to carefully place toppings on only half the pizza. The picture they have online looks much better then it really is now. All that being said I would come back. It was good.

The subs and pizza here are rather good (although Makkas is a bit better), the decor is "nothing to write home about", but the prices are fair, some of the items are actually quite good, and the owners are always so pleasant, friendly, and genuinely appreciative of your business.

Hands down one of the best pizza places in Marlborough! The food is always on time, hot and tastes great. Their veggie pan pizza is definitely worth a try. The staff is friendly and are genuinely good people. Highly recommend!

Ive been eating at this place for years. Its awesome. Best cheese pizza in town at the best price. I live 45 minutes away now but I still get it and take it home fairly often. Highly recommend.

What a joke ordered my pizza a hour before they close they told me 30 to 40 minutes and when they didnt show up after 50minutes I called nobody answer. Good business practices

I really like this place. Dominos sucks compared to Clockwork. Their food is the tastiest in town..always warm and delivered on time. And the owner is thee sweetest guy!!
