I brought my girlfriend here for Valentines day, and we were both very happy with the quality of the food. Moreover, I ordered specials for both of our entrees and was thoroughly relieved to see that the meals were not exorbitantly priced. We started off with a Portabella Mushroom appetizer, which had a refreshing and understated quality to it. My girlfriend did not love it, but I thought it had a nice hint of the wine it was cooked it. Our entrees were the Special Surf and Turf (Fillet Mignon and Jumbo Scallops, both wrapped in Bacon) and the Monkfish. Both were really excellent, cooked with authentic Spanish flavor while retaining subtle seafood qualities. In total, the meal cost us $71 before leaving a tip.

The menu is ok, some of the traditional spanish food were hoping for was missing, but it was to be expected. Service was pretty good and relatively fast. We ordered a chorizo appetizer and a squid appetizer. The chorizo was very good, the squid were not bad but the sauce they came with was fantastic. Our biggest problem with it though was that we ordered a seafood dish, the mussels and clams were VERY poorly washed, I could feel the grit and sand in my teeth. Also, the mussels were not fresh at all, they had that "been in the refrigerator too long" after taste as did the calms. We sent it back, they very graciously offered to bring out something else or some drinks on the house, but we declined.

it is NOT Don Pepe or Spain in Newark, but for a Hamilton Spanish restaurant it is pretty good. I found the Paella to be tasty, but I neglected to specify the way that I prefer it as I did not know that they would do it for me as this was my first visit. It did come recommended, so even though the dish was a little heavy on the saffron for my taste we will be giving it another try. If they do as they said, I will come back and edit my review. I am hoping to be able to post a nice 5 star review. I love a good paella, and I hope to get it there!

Was originally headed to PF Chang for a Wednesday night date, but at the last minute decided to stay local. My date was impressed from the moment she walked in and so was I. Amazing is an understatement. This place kicks ass! Home-made Sangria was superb. The food is incredible and the service is on point. This is now a favorite. No more restaurant chains for me on special occasions. If youre looking for good food, in a relaxed environment, do not hesitate. Malagas Restaurant will be your favorite too.

This was my first time to Malaga Restaurant, and I was BLOWN AWAY by how DELICIOUS and fairly priced my meal was. I ordered the Marsicada "Malaga" (you cant go wrong choosing the entree with the restaurants name, right?) and it was the best food on the table. Endless scallops, clams, mussels, shrimp, and it comes with half of a lobster. If you love seafood, you will love this dish. The saffron rice was cooked perfectly. My overall meal, service and atmosphere was great.

Food is delicious, portions are generous, as a plus, the fresh bread never stops flowing. When you go here. You get a good meal, and it is brought to the table with a little bit of flair. Try the pulpo a la Gallegos, but call ahead to see if its available. Lastly my only feedback is that some areas of the resustaurant smell funny. Oh, and I have a suspicion that prices for the same items change from visit to visit.

super impressed with the quality and affordable price of the seafood, not to mention good portion size! I had a Mariscada, every piece of seafood was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious, i have never had tastier clams and Ive eaten a lot of seafood in a lot of different places. This was my first experience and i will definitely become a frequent customer!

a decent spanish restaurant in the trenton area. i have been there a few times with mixed experience. some visits were well rewarded with favorful dishes other times were more of a disappointment. its the noise that i remember most. the open space doesnt work well for cross table conversations.

Simply the best Spanish restaurant south of North Jersey. The paella is to die for. If you dont want to make the drive to (The Down Neck section of Newark NJ, best Spanish - Portuguese food in NJ) go here. You wont be disappointed..

I have been coming here for over 25 years and it just keeps getting better and better. Try the garlic shrimp appetizer, it is out of this world! Same thing with their authentic sangria. Weeknights are the best time to go.

Great. Servers were extremely attentive and food was good. Will definitely be returning. Spent $200 at the Chart House a few weeks ago for crappy food and crappy service. Wish if I had discovered this place before.

Bread was good. Soup of the day was good, nothing special... creamy asparagus. The Paella A La Valenciana was very good except for the lobster. Probably the worst Ive ever had, pretty tough and a little chewy.

The Lady here, may be owner, persuaded us to stay when we were about to take off as we were first time trying this kind of menu. It was worth the try. Restaurant is clean, well presented and food was delicious.

This is the greatest Spanish restaurant in the Trenton area. All of my business lunch meetings were held at Malagas last year and this year. I became a regular.
