best customer service (and food) i visited about a week or two ago and all five men that were on duty were all so welcoming and friendly. they all made it a great experience from the order taker to the guys in the back on the grill. last time i ate at a five guys was in Houston TX so i was weary about coming due to my past experience but id definitely definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Definitely my favourite burger place ...at least till I try In and Out. Biggest challenges are lunch lines so selecting off times is usually best if you are in a hurry. The employees always seem to be nice and overall generous . Dont expect a variety of food choices there. Its a traditional get your burger, grilled cheese, hot dog and fries kind of place. Variety is in milk shake flavoring.

One of the best Five Guys I have ever been too! I stopped there on my way through Peabody, their food is good as always but what set this one aside for me was the service, they made sure I had everything I needed at the table, cleared it when I was done, and were very friendly. For a place that is considered fast food, that is excellent service !

Theyre not kidding when they say little burger on the menu. Wendys has bigger burgers. $6 of a waste on their burger. Very unsatisfied. Went to peabody, ma location andf they were so nice. Refunded my whole meal. I hope corporate reads this because they should make some changes. Great staff in peabody.

Quality fast food, made to order and served fairly quickly. The 5 Guy hamburger can hold its own with any of the other fast food burgers out there. I like the fries well done, they taste better that way. Get your burger in a lettuce wrap, sounds funky but I actually prefer it that way.

The burged can be counted on as tasty but....By far one of the dirtiest restaurants Ive been to in a while. All of the trash cans were overflowing with trash; with napkins and food on the floor AND tables (not to mention the food on the floor BEHIND the counter)!

Great burgers and free toppings. Can order bunless or lettuce wrapped burgers at no charge. Warning: peanut allergies should steer clear. Everything is made in peanut oil.
