Absolutely awesome service!! Zach the manager on duty and he was absolutely accommodating to myself n the 5 kids i had with me.... We were coming from Blitz from bouncing and decided to go over to Five Guys for burgers afterwards.... i had forgotten my wallet in the car but Zach was great still allowed us to not only order our food but he also brought us our food out on the patio where we were sitting!! Once my boyfriend showed up i was able to pay the check... and i also gave the guys a great time!! I would highly recommend this Five Guys!! Thank you again and i hope sometime when u r lookinv for a hotel in or around Hampton area come by n see Meg!!

Would love to find out the name of a employee that works there. Drives a black Mercedes? Was walking In yesterday with my 5 yr old son and this employee comes running out slamming the door open almost hitting my son in the face. As I was saying something to him he just jumped in his car and speed off out of the parking lot. I really hope hes still working there next time I come in alone! Kids these days have not respect! Food was great by the way... try teaching your employees how costumer service works next time!

The Military AMC flight from the other side of the world was diverted to NH for weather for 18 hrs. We havent had American food in 6mo-2yrs. We RAIDED the Five Guys located directly across from the hotel the airline put us for the delay and they handled us all professionally and smoothly!! At 2100 on a Saturday night I know they were all ready to go home and here come 300+ military personnel HUNGRY. And they were there!!! Good job. And thanks!!!

Ordered online, it told me my food would be ready in 7 minutes. 22 minutes later I finally got my food. The burger was burnt and crunchy. Definitely will not go back to the Portsmouth location. When I asked what the delay was they just told me they were busy. One of the worst experiences Ive had with customer service. They didnt even care.

Excellent burgers and fries. Not particularly different than other Five Guys restaurants, but why mess with a winning recipe. The service is good, the food is excellent, the portion sizes are superb. There are other good burger joints in town, but if your craving a greasy, indulgent burger, there is no substitute for Five Guys.

Pretty standard Five Guys. The burgers are good and you always get a lot of fries. The wait can be a little long if its busy but otherwise its pretty quick. The best thing about Five Guys is the topping selection, theres a lot of good choices and theyre all good.

Service is always excellent, the restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the food is consistently great. Currently on a keto diet, went to Five Guys, got a burger wrapped in lettuce. Was delicious, neat, and they acted like it was totally normal - felt great!

This is definitely the best place to get fries in town; you get the most fries per dollar and theyre always the most delicious. Just make sure that you have something to put the bag on for the drive home, or youll get grease on your seats.

Burgers are good, but im not a fan of the fries they are too soggy and wilted. I suggest hotter oil or cooked longer to get a nice outer crisp. The new Shakes are pretty good if you really wanna fill up.

Had lunch here today, my third time at one of these locations. Staff was very friendly, service was fast and fold was delicious. Facility was clean, inviting and wasnt too busy at all for lunch hour.

Loved the burger but the fries were over sold to us. Signs saying best fries and cheap prices. Dont come in expecting something new. Its a good burger and prices wise its the same as everywhere.

Burgers can be good, but greasy and they tend to burn them, which isnt all that great. French fries too thick and dont they dont fry them quickly so the potatoes sucks up too much oil.

Nothing special here. Flat top burgers, no temp. Very mundane toppings and pretentious French fries, fried in peanut oil. Equivalent to Wendys but a lot heavier on the wallet

If you like burgers 5 guys is the best place by far to buy one!!! Great. Fries too. The food is. Soooo good! But the wait for your order to come up is quite LONG.
