I visited this restaurant for lunch today. I definitely HATE it. Here are the reasons I hate. 1. Service is slow. When you reminds the waitress, she gets very impatient and told me harshly it will be ready soon. 2. Food is ok but not cooked to hot. Its warm. 3. When I got the bill, I noticed that I was charged $1.50 for the tea. The waitress did not tell me they charge for tea. Tea was very plain and almost like water. Usually in Asian restaurant, tea is complimentary with the meal. When I asked her about the price, she said that I did not ask for the price when I ordered. Then she laughed at me and went back to the counter and discussed this "funny" thing with another person who worked there. I did not leave any tip for her and wrote on the receipt "BAD ATTITUDE!". When I left the restaurant, I told her to read the comment on my receipt. She was being a smart ass and raised her tone and said "Thank you" to me in a mocking way. And that moment, there are still 4-5 tables of people dining. They ALL heard that. When I came back to the office, I tried to call the restaurant to talk to the manager about the experience I had. She picked up the call and asked me to wait. I waited for a long time without a person responding to me. When I called the 2nd time, she said there is no store manager and she is the store manager and asked me to wait again. I think what I can do is to leave a message here to tell people that if you dont want to be mocked because you refused to pay for the tea you should not go to this restaurant. They are extremely unfriendly people. They dont treat customer with the basic respect. They think customers should come here to be mocked at and still are willing to pay for the bill. The waitress (an Asian young lady with long black hair tied up) is extremely aggressive and impolite, knowing nothing about serving customer. If I own a business, she will be the last person I consider hiring. If she keeps doing the same thing and the restaurant still wants to keep people coming back, she should be fired for her bad attitude.

I can see the appeal of this place for people with late night munchies, but it is just not very good Korean food. The menu is over-extended, and they do not achieve success with basic flavors. They served me fewer sides of ban cha versus a table with two people. The ban cha was not very fresh or good. My rice bowl was flavorless. The first cue that this is not real Korean is when you sit down at your table, and the only condiment present is soy sauce. Not a good sign. Dishes are served with a mysterious hot sauce. Didnt dare try the sushi.

东西贵不说,最主要的是最后的价格竟然直接是加入小费的价格!小费应该是自愿给的不是吗?你这直接刷掉小费是怎么回事?犯法吧?!有些人不知道还会另外给一次小费,这也算是骗人吧?!

I come here often for their "RICE NOODLE with SPICY SAUCE." This is rice that looks & tastes exactly like THICK, CHEWY, HOMEMADE PASTA! Imagine solid ziti in a thin, spicy, red sauce. This is a GLUTEN FREE, 5 STAR DISH. As for cleanliness, I can only give it 2 STARS. Yelp reviewers found bugs in both the food and bathroom. THE DEAL: They are always busy at peak hours, so the China Town locals must love this place.

The sushi wasnt so good. The rice was soggy and tasted like it marinated with like 6 bottles of vinegar. It also tasted like he dont want to be at work or he doesnt want to be a sushi chef anymore and wants to change career. The spicy seafood salad doesnt even taste spicy so I really dont know whats the point of calling it spicy seafood salad for. This place used to be good. Service was alright.

Came here for the first time with a friend of mine - delicious food! Had 4 different dishes we shared, portions were large and quality was great. The only thing Id complain about is the yellowtail neck appetizer we had wasnt really fresh and was dry, but the sauce on the side definitely makes it better. Waitresses were very attentive and polite!

Food was fine. Got the Dragon Roll and Rainbow Roll. The sashimi temperature was higher than Id want it, but was of good quality. A word of caution on the check: -They AUTOMATICALLY add 18% tip UNLESS you ask them to remove it. Good news is that its a suggestion, but one that looks like a requirement.

Ive been here countless times, alone and with friends. Always get the ddeokbokki! Service is usually good, but if its busy expect to be the one hailing your waitress instead of being approached by them randomly. Super decent prices. Never really had a problem here :)

Be careful with the receipt they give you. The purchase amount(pre-tip) on the receipt already contains $5 tip! They didnt give us the order details at first. We asked and found that they automatically add $5 gratuity to the total. Almost gave them tip two times.

한식 취급. 부대찌개, 김치찌개, 김치두루치기 먹었는데, 김치찌개가 그나마 제일 좋드라고요. 부대는 좀 밍밍 했어요.

Incredible service and amazing food. Korean and Japanese blend was good.. RefSox, Torched yellow tail and the hot girl were my favorite sushi rolls. The Korean rice cakes were the best I have had ..please get them as appetizers.

I tried Suishaya about a month ago. The prices were decent and the food was good. There are a few places out in the burbs Id recommend over this but if youre downtown and want Korean during the day, this place is a good pick.

The service was standard and the food was normal. They included an 18% tip in the bill without asking. I think you should be able to choose the tip you want to give depending on the service. I didnt like that.

Tasty food. But you have to be careful if you dont know what you are ordering. Not much choice for vegetarians. Good quality Maki. Really liked their Kani Salad.

Im native korean and Im pretty sure the food here is not genuine korean. It tastes "like" korean but not really. Looks like it runs by chinese folks.
