Everything about this place was a disaster. The food: The tofu-vegetable soup was overcooked, badly seasoned, and way too spicy. All the tofu and vegetables were mushed and falling apart in the bowl. The fried chicken bites were tough and dripping with oil. When I asked the server to take my order back, he told me thats how the soup is supposed to be. He asked me if I wanted another bowl of the same soup and I declined. Instead of an apology, this server had the nerve to charge me full price for the soup. I paid $20 for three bites of bad soup and a few overcooked pieces of chicken. The chefs are clearly unskilled, and the waiting staff cover for them by making excuses. The presentation: This restaurant serves everything on disposable paper plates. Drinks are served in disposable paper cups, and rice is served in styrofoam bowls. The spoon I was given had some crusted-on food. Clearly this place does not like washing dishes. The service: The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and the servers were frantically doubling as bussers and greeters. One of the servers wore headphones and listened to music while working, and generally showed a careless attitude. My server decided to argue with me about the food I wanted to send back, instead of apologizing and offering me something else (like my money back). I was billed for the food I sent back. The place: The interior is ugly and dirty. There was food on the floor, and nearly half the tables had not been cleared after customers had long left. The fellow who washed the tables used a dirty white rag for every single table without rinsing. It was very drafty and cold sitting in the middle of the dining area. The terrible atmosphere was made worse by the blaring radio which was too loud and played obnoxious advertisements most of the time. There were flies landing on the TV screens above the tables. Overall, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I get the sense that there are significant problems with the management of the entire operation. I will not be giving this establishment another chance any time soon.

DO NOT TRY IT. Extremely terrible food. Disaster. I had a seafood tofu soup, but the seafood is extremely not fresh, it even smell like stale. Especially the mussels, which are very small and full of sands, and it is very possible that you chew shell fragments from the soup. The stale mussels are quite soft and some of them are not even in a complete shape. Besides, even there are shrimps appear in pictures and the description of menu, I didnt find any shrimp in my soup. I cannot finish my soup even I was really hungry then. I felt really uncomfortable and stuck on the toilet for almost one hour.

Where should I start. It started in a cold and windy boston afternoon. The clucks were settling down and I was ready to eat at the restaurant. I came in frightened by the smell of rat and or rodent feces. My gullet rumbling as the misty waves of the Atlantic. I absolutely love this place. Their cold noodles are so good. Their hot noodles are bomb. But their steamed dumplings with pork and shrimp are so good. But the Kim Chee they serve and keep serving when the plates are empty is so good! A friend took me here to nurse a hangover one time and it did the trick. But now, I come just when Im hungry.

To me its the best chicken around for the price. The side of radish is very complimentary to whichever type of chicken you order. The menu is small. Ive tried everything with no complaints. The service is fast and the people are friendly. In fact, Im getting ready to order right now!

I rather liked my vegetarian pancake, though it was a little light on flavor. My companions got the extra spicy chicken, and said that it was not as spicy as they would have preferred, but that the flavor was very good. It was also pleasantly low priced.

Complete trash. Ordered using Foodler for delivery and it came two and a half hours later than the promised time, and thats not all, the chicken was cold and didnt even have the sauce on it. Will NEVER be ordering here again.

Farandole has great spicy cold noodle. I had the arrowroot one. I think the only way it could have been improved is if the egg was not overcooked. but the sauce and the noodles and everything else was on point.

Pretty solid KFC (Korean Fried Chicken). It always came out hot. One thing that was confusing was that this place had recently changed ownership to Parandole, so it shouldnt be called inboston anymore?
