Food: By that I mean my frozen coffee: YUMMY! Better than Star****s! Decor: Bit dark and dank the further into the place you go. *Could use some lounge chairs deeper inside: Keep hermits away from windows. *Good use of stools & wall seating. Table w/4chairs taken by 1 person is silly. Service: Quick and multitasking. iPad as register was smart idea! Hip too! *Cute, sweet friendly girl at register. Very social, not distant. Customers: BAD. The one behind me sighed so much I had to comb my hair again. Lose the attitudes people! "Harumphing" is for Mel Brooks, not you! Add some life to the place: *TV in the back dark dank area (CNN not sports!) *Chalkboard with trivia or "dare for discount" --10% off your order if you walk outside and say silly, staff provided sentence to a passerby. --25% off if you can get the passerby to do a physical (staff suggested) stunt. Make it a fun place to visit each day and customers will get to know YOUR name as you know theirs.

The coffee is good here. I like their brewed coffee. I did not like their pumpkin spice latte but it was just too sweet for me. The space is great, spacious, good location for me and free WIFI. The only problem I have is the price. Its very pricey and I dont feel like their coffee drinks are really top notch for the price. Their pastries and cakes never look that appealing to me personally but that may be due to the fact that Flour is a couple doors down. They do a decent cup of coffee and its a great place to do work. Just beware their specialty drinks and food can get very pricey and I am not sure worth the price.

Latte s and coffees are over priced and desserts or food options are small portions . So Customer service is great and friendly Staff helps in astomere. However, frequent Visits, which I have made numerous on my way to work. Should be a free coffee after five purchases. Not $2.00 dollars off. From the look of the place. Probably wont last Due to small foot traffic that enters there. Theyre showing signs surveying customer satisfaction there. Sure sign, if They will stay or move to another location. Local resident and coffee lover. Thank You, df

Cute, friendly neighborhood coffee shop. I dont live in the South End, but when looking up a non-bar to meet up at, I stumbled upon this cute spot. I would certainly go back if I was in the area, but I would order something different. I chose the Thai bubble tea, but forgot to specify that I didnt want it blended. The Thai blended drink tasted great, but the bubbles in the bottom were undercooked and overly dry. Alas! But, the super nice barista and ambiance made up for the dry bubbles in the tea.

Loved it! The coffee is the best Ive had since Ive come back from Europe. The cookies were also excellent. And the staff were very friendly and engaged; the barista known as Jason is basically the friendliest dude ever and not in a fake customer service way. If you love coffee and it isnt busy in there, hell be glad to chat with you about it; from brew techniques to blends, talking to him was the second best highlight of my trip. I learned things! Also, the first highlight is the iced coffee. Duh.

This is the closest Jaho Coffee & Tea to where i live. It is not as large and is mostly crowded. But if u need some solace to get some work done and it is evening, this is the best place in the neighborhood. The crowds are thinning, they generally lower down the music and I get most of my work done then over a cuppa. The staff is cooperative and sweet. They are one of the few who get my name right, so i like that about them. If they could just keep the music a little low it would be nicer.

This coffee shop has a cool ambiance but it closes way too early, 7:30 pm! The coffee is mediocre and a bit over-priced for quality. The espresso drinks are either too sweet or not bold enough; the cappuccino tastes like real-milked down latte.

I want to like Jaho, but I just cant. For some inexplicable reason, the store smells like chlorine, the coffee and food are only so-so, the prices arent even competitive, and the wait times/apathetic staff are unacceptable. Very disappointing.

My go to for coffee (which isnt often). Also the choice of most of my former office when you really need to get a document done because its quiet. The people who work there are super nice, always. Spinach pie is not to be overlooked.

Great local coffee shop with people on laptops scattered around. The coffee and sandwiches are both very good where the baked good are just OK. Friendly staff and great place to sit and lounge.

The coffee is average, but the staff is very friendly--I appreciate a coffee house where the barista brings your order to the table. Cozy and quiet atmosphere for a morning/afternoon read.

Jaho Coffee & Tea is delicious. Amazing macchiatos and cappuccinos and super friendly and helpful! Gave us great ideas on places to visit - including a hand drawn map! Totally awesome!

No prices on the menu board? I love to spend my money but also love to know in advance how much I will be spending. Overpriced! Little portions! Frozen coffee was not great either.

I come here only for Iced Coffee which is excellent I cant speak for anything other than that and the friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Cold brewed iced coffee is good.

Pros: pretty goof coffee, not too crowded so you can stay and get work done Cons: generally uninspired food, especially considering that Flour is right next door.

I love the coffee and pastry. Sandwiches and pizza: not so much...theyre good and not a bad price but I usually go to Flour or South End Buttery instead.

Only ever had their regular iced coffee and muffins but theyve been very good each time. Coffee was reasonably strong and the muffins have been fresh.

Typical coffee shop. Offers coffee, tea, baked goods, etc. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Could not get the free WiFi to work.

Cozy, neighborhood cafe that I would go to only if I am in that area. They have a location in Chinatown that is more convenient to get to.

Crowded most of the times. The music is a little too loud for studying. The drinks are a little pricier than expected for the quality.

The espresso is really good. The service is friendly. They could pay more attention to the decor. Especially adding more light to it

Pretty good baklava. Espresso is okay too. Cafe is a bit dark and, last time I went, a bit musty. Furniture could use an update.

We stopped on here while waiting for our reservations down the street. Great kambucha and coffee.
