Starbucks is Starbucks, Food coffee you get it, we like it. Anyway, THIS Starbucks has the slowest service on the planet. The line gets so long, not because its super busy (except certain peak times), but that the staffers have no efficiency of movement. They chat and laugh with each other more than they pay attention to making their own food, which comes before doing anything customer related. We wont mention the lack of cream..... PLEASE FIX IT, WE LOVE YOU MOTHER STARBUCKS JUST GIVE US YOUR COFFEE FASTER SO WE CAN BUY MORE!

The guy making the coffee was unpleasant and the coffee sucks. I nicely asked to do the coffee again he gave me an attitude because I wasnt satisfied. Mind you I always order coffee from different Starbucks and thats the first time I ever ask to redo the coffee. Did it again slide it on the table and walked away like we have some problem... Funny lol and the new coffee was better though but I didnt have the chance to tell him because he didnt asked before he walked away

This place is always packed but the line moves quickly and they have done a great job of maxing out seating here. Its good for catching up on some emails and one of the few places in the area that offers free wifi. The bathrooms are always clean---a definite plus for me in a starbucks

This Starbucks is the best in Boston, plain and simple. I live nowhere near it, but I find myself travelling here regularly to study. The staff here is happy and outgoing, the atmosphere is relaxed and although it gets super busy, its never incredibly loud. A+ on this one!

I just found out about this starbuck, I love nice strong coffee with soy milk.iIts very hard to find a coffee shop with soy milk. Also I have to be at work for 6:00am every morning, so a big plus for me is the fact that they open at 5:30 am M-F. Suzy

Large tables and no hassling for the laptop users. The staff are helpful and accommodating in the afternoon. They do order ahead and nail it about 90% of the time. They do a great job.
