I have been here a couple times now. First time there was a wait which is expected for the concept being new to the area. Quoted a 30 minute wait time and told we would get a text when ready. Long story short we left and had dinner elsewhere because we waited so long. In fact we never even received a message. Just minutes ago I was there again on lunch break. They surely still have some work to do. With over 20 years experience in restaurants sitting at the table we didnt know if we should laugh or cry. There were open tables when we got there however the host took some time to seat us. Get seated in a back corner near some other business parties on lunch break. After getting drinks and ordering (in reasonable time) we over heard one party ask another how long they have been waiting for their food. The response was an hour and a half! On a lunch this is not even close to acceptable. We waiting about a half hour for two salads to come out and my sandwich came out about another ten minutes later, another big oops. While waiting and eating we noticed servers auctioning off beers and plates of food to SECTIONS of tables at a time. For a place that has been up and running for more than a week, servers should know table numbers. That is a very basic necessity. We felt uncomfortable as we ate knowing that two other parties that had been there LONG before us still had not received their food. As a matter of fact we were cashed out and they still dint have their food. During all of the most recent visit we did not witness a single manager decompressing the situation. The doors should have been locked shut until the staff was sturdy enough to be able to re-open. At a bare minimum, patrons should have been warned that the restaurant was crashing. This way they could have chose to stay or eat somewhere else and make it back to work on time. This location hasnt worked for anyone yet and if they dont get this fixed, and SOON, they will be yet another failing eatery on this stretch of road.

I have been here twice now, once for dinner on a weekend during a UFC event with a $5 cover charge and once for lunch on a Monday. If you are looking for a quick lunch without all of the "scenery", this place is as good as any other for comfort food. Quite tasty and worth coming back for but nothing to write home about. But if you are looking for the "full tilt" Filter Kilt that separates this place from any other sit-down service restaurant, you would best come for dinner on a busy night. This place is huge and they fill it up with lovely ladies in low-cut tops and tiny skirts that leave little to the imagination. The girls are also encouraged during their training to be very friendly or "flirty without intention". Just be sure to not cross any unspoken lines and places like this can continue to exist for those like me who enjoy them.

it was my first time here in this establishment, it was a great time to watch the UFC fights. it was very packed but we found a table. Our hostess was very nice and got me a extra stool for my table. Mannie was very attentive and great attitude with the hectic evening she had.. great atmosphere and great drinks as well as food. Im leaving out 1 star for not getting my drink correct by the bartender on duty.. they ran out of Tennessee Honey and they tried to substitute something else on my second beverage. thats unacceptable by any standards, they could have let me know or asked if I wanted something else instead. Im not blaming my hostess, she was excellent. its the undermining of the bartenders on duty and management not enforcing quality standards of a nice establisment.

I asked for a beer that was on their Standard menu. That was my 1st mistake. The bartender didnt know what that beer was. She grabbed a manager who found it, but said there was no price for it in their system. When I tried to leave, I asked for a price , and I was given a price of $46. Now, I searched this, and did not find anything that cost more than $20. I asked the manager where that price came from, And his only response was "thats what I found." Needless to say, I will not be going back there. If youre going to put a beverage on your laminated every day menu, make sure you have the prices for it. What a waste of time

Was recently there for the fight, paid $20 at the door and received a ticket with a food coupon that expired the day prior but was told they were still accepting them. Had some beers ordered some wings(which were good) watched the fight, had a good time for the most part. Went to pay and handed them the food coupon and was promptly told they werent accepting the coupons until after the fight through the end of the month(4 days only)...seriously? I work right down the street and send my customers their direction when the wait is a couple hours but I will NOT send them business ever again after that experience. Weak

2nd time, for me, food is good but customer service leaves alot to be desired. Been here 15 minutes now..appetizers came, no drinks, waiting on Guinness, apparently the bar back doesnt know how to change out the keg. Waitress hasnt taken our food order, didnt realize she never took our order??. Glad Im not on my lunch break. My husband and son came 2 Sundays ago...no Guinness then and we just found out they are OUT OF GUINNESS!! How dies that happen. This is a Celtic/Irish bar...no excuse. Not a very good experience

We went first to another restaurant local to this area. The other place had lousy service so we left. This place seated us right away in the middle of the lunch rush. The service was friendly and prompt (thanks Melissa). The food was excellent. The beer selection was large and diverse. I especially liked the Guinness BBQ sauce on the burger. If you are looking for something in this area for casual food or just a couple of drinks and bar food, I cant recommend this place enough.

Pretty bad. 2 stars instead of 1 because price was decent. Downsides: terrible service, feel sorry for the women serving baboons, no guinness! a uk themed bar with no guinness..what? Service was so bad though, I forgot that I had ordered by the time the food came, maybe 45 minutes or so wait when it wasnt even that busy. They also kept walking up with beers that werent ours?! As in they didnt seem to have any idea what table they were going to.

Server was friendly but overall quality of service and food was very poor. About half the tables were empty and they were still short staffed. Chicken was way overcooked and very tough. Fries were cold and soggy. Food quality left an awful lot to be desired. One saving grace is that the beer still tasted good and was served in a cold mug. Just dont try to get any refills or split the check or you might never see your server again.

Went for lunch today. Took 15 minutes to get a drink. The place wasnt that crowded either. There were 5 of us and we also ordered lunch. It took an hour for the food to come and one of us didnt get their food until something was said. Overall 1.5 hours to have one drink and a cold meal. People were walking out as the service was just tooooo slow.
