Although the Ruby Tuesdays in Westminster is usually spot on, tonight we were very disappointed because the salad bar had many empty containers. We were there between the hours of 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. At least a third of the items on the salad bar were empty and we had to ask several people to bring the stuff out. Someone should be overseeing that salad bar from 4 pm until an hour before close. If youre going to boast about all the items you have on your salad bar, then they should be there. Two of the pasta salads were completely empty along with many toppings. I think they were just having a bad night. The food and service in Westminster is always top notch.

Normally I dont review large chain restaurants but I made an exception for this one. My mom and I met up for lunch here and the food was so fantastic. We both ordered ice teas with fruit in them.....and guess what. They came with fresh fruit in them! Imagine that! I ordered the chicken bella and my taste buds were blown away. Nothing was dry, everything was savory, and even my mom loved her burger. Our waitress was also very very sweet. Service was a little slow for no one being there which is why I removed one star. But I recommend coming here for lunch on fridays. Who ever cooks on this day does an amazing job!

Horrible took forever to be seated they noticed us waiting at door but no one bothered to seat us or acknowledge that we were there. Server seemed more interested in talking to the bar tender then helping us took 30 min to get our appetizer then another 20 min to get 2 medium well burgers. Finally had to take my check to the bar to pay because our server was over there talking about her night. I will never come back they have horrible service. I highly do not recommend this place . save your time and money go next door to bob evans.

Today was my first time eating at the Westminster MD Ruby Tuesday. I was greeted by friendly staff and seated promptly. The salad bar is stocked with a variety of fresh, yummy items. The Ruby Relaxer cocktail was delicious, the shrimp appetizer was crispy, hot, and delicious. The restaurant is clean and pleasantly decorated, and my server was friendly and attentive. Ill be back!

The one thing which brings me into Ruby Tuesday is the salad bar. At this location I always take a look to see if it is stocked before I ask for a table. Once in a while they will be out of something, like tomatoes. So when the salad bar is stocked and complete I am pleased with the meal. The staff have all been friendly. Recommended.

Used to love dining here several years ago. While visiting this time it was horrible. All 4 of us barely ate half our meals. Service was very slow. We asked to have hot coffee since it wasnt even warm and were told they could heat it up, instead of making a fresh pot. This place has really gone downhill in the past few years :(

I was there last night when they took us to the table was dirty and crumbs all over the seat. The salad bar was empty and hardly any thing on it even it was full. The food was cold when we did got it and the chicken was burnt on the bottom.The waitress was very nice the only good thing.It was 76.00 dollars wasted.

I hated RTs for a long time until this location was my only reasonable dining option a year ago. Have been back several times since (and its 20 mins from home). Cant say if its just this location or a Ruby Tuesdays overhaul, but salad bar has been fresh, food well prepared and staff excellent.

We had the salad bar, good selection of veggies and pasta. The only thing that I would suggest is they put out fresh pieces of bread versus the very dry crackers. With that exception it was a very good meal.

The new salad bar is great! I got the sliders as a combo. Pasta primavera with gluten gluten-free noodles were a bit too aldente but good flavor. We will go again. Thanks Megan and helper for great service.

There are always specials here. Get a 3 course meal for $13.99. You get the salad bar, your entree and dessert. Waitresses are fast and friendly.
