First let me say we love Subway - the ingredients are real/fresh and by the time you finish ordering your sub is ready...its genius fast food. On the other hand, each franchise is individually owned and managed, which leads to wildly different product and outcomes in spite of having the same supply distribution chain and corporate guidance. This location has changed hands and on todays visit i noticed something troubling...the use of the 5 second rule with toppings on my sub. Cant have that...itll lead to disaster down the road. I gave it 3 stars because Im taking the wait-and-see approach.
