I used to work at this location as a manager and management isnt the issue is the fact that they(area coaches) dont employee the location enough to give it a fighting chance. I worked there for a year and really cleaned this place up but I worked qualified as a shift manager with one other manager with me that was a thief and I never got a general manager or assistant manager to give me any direction. I had to fend for myself with overtime out of the roof trying to give myself a good name working under this "black hole" we call Bryans road.

Slowest "fast food" pizza spot in the area. Every time I go for my kid to utilize free personal pan pizza for reading program they have with school, I DREAD THE EXPERIENCE! Long wait....*correction- LOOONNNGGG WAIT TIME to get your food. Even if you call ahead. Pizza Hut should send corporate trainers and recruiters for this location. Although good for variety in the area, Pizza Hut corporate really need to invest in a Quality Customer Experience program at this location. Love pizza, like Pizza Hut, rather stay away from this location.

Delivery times can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours (I live 3 miles away). Pizza is generally lukewarm at best and taste is hit or miss. With the the new crust and sauce toppings, I have 50% success rate of actually getting the pizza I ordered. Not sure if they run out of the sauces or just forget to put them on. If you must go here, I suggest picking it up yourself and checking it before you leave.

No one answered phone. 3 attempts, personally show up too order, one ped off customer in line, his orders is messed up. I order, told its a 45 minute wait for carry out. Dude making the pizza is freaking wasted, blasting gangster rap, cursing with the lyrics as I watch him attempt to make a pizza I cancelled my order, walked out and report the WORST service ever to corporate...never again.

Seriously the worst pizza hut of all time in terms of attitude, cust. service, actually delivering a pizza, etc. That said, I amm on hold (surprise, surprise it is taking forever) ordering a takeout order. Because they COOK the pizzas just fine, just get ready for attitude and again do not waste your life waiting around for delivery.

Like everyone else, we live 2 mins from the store and it takes 2hrs for the damn pizza to come. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but time after time, we are disappointed. Ordering from dominos from now on. Horrible service and horrible food.

This is about the worst location you can imagine. We drive to Waldorf just to avoid this location, plus Pizza Hut is not what I would call exceptional pizza anyway, least they could do is get the customer friendly part down.

Delivery takes forever, and the quality is poor. The last time I ordered a pizza, it arrived half smashed and it took another hour to recieve a replacement. I was still charged full price for the horrible experience

There is inconsistent service. Sometimes the food is normal, sometimes it is undercooked. How busy it is doesnt seem to be the reason for undercooked pizzas and breadsticks in the past. It has been hit or miss.

Absolutely the worst possible customer service. The employee answering delivery orders was extremely rude and acted as if they didnt want to work nor take my order. Extremely poor customer service!!!!

1.5 - 2 hour delivery and i live about 3 minutes away from store. ridiculous. if i didnt hate dominoes i would never order from here
