We were excited to eat at Red Lobster until we were seated by a young lady who kept touching her hair, it was okay until she started cleaning a table without washing her hands. We were seated and ignored for a good 10-15 minutes until a guy walked over with biscuits and asked us what we wanted to order. He said "no one is taking care of you so I guess I am", we asked if we could order drinks first and he replied with "okay but do you know what you want". We placed our drink and meal order and got our salads delivered before our drink from the bar. We had to ask for silverware then less than 3 minutes later we got our food. We are eating our salads and entrees at the same time, he said nothing, just dropped the food off and left. We werent offered a drink refill or biscuit refill, he did ask if things were good but we were almost finished at that point. He dropped the check off on the table without saying a word and walked away. We gave him our card which he finally took and was gone for a while with. When he came back he told us that he had accidentally ran our card for both our meal and someone elses but he said he "fixed it". He attempted to fix the mistake by taking $10 off our check and offering us a dessert which cannot possibly make up for a $52 credit card error. We asked to see a manager, he seemed only concerned with the food quality (which was excellent by the way) and never asked why we complained about service. We explained the problem with being charged someone elses check, he said the hold would come off in 48 hours and insulted us by asking if we had enough to cover it. His server cannot execute service properly and we get insulted for it?! I told him his server was terrible and mistakes like this shouldnt happen, he seemed uninterested in that, offering only to see another manager busy in the kitchen. You should be ashamed to call that customer service....that being said, the food was outstanding!

I was less than impressed with the service. I took my husband on a date on Friday, the wait for our table wasnt long and the waiter was kind. However I was charged extra for my sides (asparagus which was over seasoned & sweet potatoes that didnt even come on my plate) I ordered the unlimited shrimp but even after I finished I never was asked if I wanted seconds. I finished my water and my husband his drink- I waited and waited and when I finally flagged the waiter down he replenished my drink but not my husbands. He didnt even get looked at. When we first arrived I was planning on desserts and drinks after our meal but I was just too disappointed and wanted to get out of there before I cried of frustration. We asked for our check and got it without a pen so I had to track someone down to get a pen to sign and pay for the terrible service and less than good meal... we will certainly not be visiting this place again.

I rate this as one of the worst Red Lobster Restarurants I have ever been in. The Personnel was very unorganized, had to wait 45min. to 1 hr. to be seated, observed 5 couples coming in after I arrived and seated within 10 minutes. I had asked for a table; when I was upset with the waite, I looked arround and found at least 3 tables available and of course, I told the person at the reception desk. Guess what? My wife and I were seated within 3 minutes. Now the food was received on a hot plate and the food was hot; but, it was not completely cooked. We took some of it home in hopes of reheating it in the microwave to finish cooking it. The results were not good. Food was tasteless, tough, and still uncooked. What do you expect from seafood except getting sick? The cloth napkins had an ordor that was terrible. They smelled like old, stayle oil.

Arrived at approx. 7:30 pm on Wednesday Feb 4th 2015. Not crowded at all, many tables were vacant, yet there were still people waiting to be seated. After many who arrived after us were seated, I asked what was taking so long for us to be seated. The Hostess said they were just preparing a table for us. Finally seated at approx. 8:45 pm at a table large enough for 6-8 people. We were only 4 people. The Server was great, and the Food arrived in only about 15 minutes. Hmmmmm! Well the Food looked nice but was at best just above room temperature, It seemed as if the Food was possibly just sitting around waiting for someone to order it. Very small portions as well, definitely not what you would expect from such an establishment.

I went there and got myself a beer and got something to eat yesterday. I can understand that some places check IDs and she looked at it. I was over the age of 21 but using my name at the table that was wrong. Because what would happen if I had abusive boyfriend came in that restaurant and known I was in that restaurant because she said my name at the table and he comes over and beats me up. Plus since Im a slow eater she was rushing me to finish. Plus I had something on my Ibotta app where I can get 4 dollars off on my meal and she got mad when I took the receipt plus I didnt leave a tip neither. Because she was really moody.

Food was terrible!!. It was our first time at Red Lobster; we ordered calamari and it was very oily and you could only taste the oil that was fry in. Unfortunately, we order everything together so the fried fish I ordered had the same problem and I didnt eat, I ate the smallest baked potato in the world and the wild rice. My husband ordered a Feast and he had the same issues with his fried food. I ordered mashed potato and baked fish for my daughter and it was awful, the mashed had toooooo much pepper and the fish had tooooo much condiments for a 2 year old. Well never go to Red Lobster again.

Nothing like making a guest feel unwanted! I know it was late, but pushing a patron to hurry up eat & get out......not good. Waitress didnt offer refill on drink. Pretty sure that was Bleu cheese dressing, not ranch. Last shrimp I ate was tough and old. Waitress kept coming back to get payment. Did same with another table that wasnt ready to pay. I tipped well, but it wasnt for service for sure. Thats just how I tip. Went to Carrabas last night same time. Not ONCE was I rushed. No more Red Lobster for me. Last few trips in different ones have not been good.

Family took me here for my birthday dinner, took my 16 month old twin grandsons. They would not seat us until all 8 people were present, we were waiting on 2 - which with two toddlers is very challenging. The waiter was great, management and hostess not so much - very rude. Food was OK, could have done better. They were out of ALL the fresh fish entrees when we arrived (at 5:30 PM). Would rather have gone to Blue Dog Saloon - the food, service, management and hostess are always accommodating .
