Ive been going to this Taco Bell ever since I moved to town 17 years ago, and they have a record of almost always messing up at least one item. I would say its about a 5/6 chance theyll goof up something (leave out a taco, leave in the beef if you ask for only beans, etc.) Ive been there sometimes that theyve left out 3 or 4 items. They rarely ask if I would like any sauce—I always have to ask. Fortunately, theyll give the items they mess up for free if you bother going back, but Ive made the mistake of not checking the items until I got home many times, which is a huge waste of time and gas money. In addition, they rarely spread the ingredients around—youll find all the tomatoes on one end and the rice and beans on the other, the chicken in the middle. This is definitely the worst quality Taco Bell Ive ever been to.

The food is usually meh and the service is pretty bad. One day I came inside not exactly ready to order pondering so I walk up and Im not ready so I back out (mind you its very dead) to have a worker up front is a new since I usually have to wait a while before anyone gets to me but thats OK Im patient, anyway my friends kinda persuade me to go up but I leave immediately because I still do not want (this is within the span of 2 minutes and as I said nobody is waiting) till the manager tells me that they will not serve me if I come up one more time not ready in a very angry and demeaning tone. Disrespectful.

This has to be the worst fast food in the city. I always have my order screwed up. You have to ask for drink carriers, straws sauce, etc. Every time I have been inside, the kitchen floor is dirty and the trash is overflowing. The employees are totally apathetic and lack management. I have had the food on more than one occasion taste stale and not fresh. Being a former business owner I never wish that someone would go out of business except this establishment. I am done with this establishment no matter how much my kids beg for it.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! The employees are ghetto and some have dry attitudes. I found a nasty BLACK hair in my cheesy potato burrito. Sunday was the final straw. I pulled up to the drive-thru around 11:10pm to order a burrito but to my surprised no one answered. I then approached the window and two men were standing inside with their back turned pretending to work. I then yelled to get there attention but they did not turn around. These people should be fired, they are on companys time not doing their JOBS!!!

I seriously cant believe I gave this place another shot. I was in the drive thru line for 8 minutes for a quesadilla. I eventually backed out of the line sense there was no one behind me, because I was tired of waiting. Seriously, 7:20 at night and they cant serve in less than 8 minutes. Im done. I will never be back to this location. I hope they eventually close.

Went to this location for the first time since I found out its about 3 miles closer to me than the one on Carlisle Pike which I usually go to. It will also be the last time I ever go to this location. The staff is lazy and the service is incredibly slow. Waited ~7 minutes for a cashier to show up to take my order and another 12 for it to be made.

I saw the bad reviews and that they are from few years ago so I had to add my own. They must have had a turnover in staff because Ive been going for over a year, a few times a month and I always comment on how nice there staff is. Theyre welcoming and always accommodate my special requests without any issues.

There are two Taco Bell is by my house this one however is very close so I go there often and to be honest this is the worst Taco Bell have ever been to and I love Taco Bell so instead of this one I have to drive to a different one thats 15 minutes away because the tear the terrible service absolutely horrible
