The only positive thing is their food. Its delicious. But while I was standing in line, I watched the employee who was giving out samples inappropriately speak to a woman in line. Then my order was never put in the queue so when I got to the end of the line, mine wasnt ready. The order behind was also messed up and I spent five minutes to trying to explain to them what happened. And Im not exaggerating. It took five minutes for them to first understand that my order wasnt there and then to understand what my order was. Ugh. I wish I didnt like their food.
