This mall was busy on a Saturday but I found parking in the weird dead-end alley next to Panera Bread. And that was fortunate too, because it had started raining heavily. Generally though, I can see parking nearby being a problem on weekends. This is a very busy Panera Bread location with the line at the cashier going 4 or 5 deep most of the time. I was there to get my rapid pick-up order, which unfortunately fell through the cracks. When I informed them about the missing order, the employees were helpful though and prepared it as quickly as they could. On the plus side, the condiments and utensils counter were well stocked. Dining area was a tad messy but I can see how they were too busy to keep it clean.

Nice quick service. I had a promo for a free bagel each day in September but for some reason it didnt come up under my account. The manager still honored it. I like quality customer service and thats what I saw here today. My only reason for not giving five stars is that they need to to install more electrical outlets near the tables. A lot of people come to panera to use tablets,laptops etc while they eat. I could not find any place to charge my devices although I checked at two tables. Also some of the tables and the area near the coffee bar were dirty and should have been spayed down. Overall a nice experience however.

I ordered through rapid pick-up. I got in right at the pick up time and had to wait for another 9 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager, who tried to reason his way out of fault, saying it was "busy" at the time and there is a 10 minute window after the pick up time. Once I commented that there were three customers in line when I arrived, he then advised me to simply order in person and forget the online app; Also had stale/burnt bread... how do you burn a bacon turkey bravo? Not the experience I would expect from a franchise as renowned as Panera.

Horrible experience, yet I keep coming back. No more - soup and salad took 21 minutes and then was packaged for carryout - receipt clearly stated eat in. And then, the salad was incomplete (chicken walnut - no walnuts). Management staff trying to help - just not the right staff. Sadly, I will probably not go back there for a long time. They are lucky to be located across from Calvert Hall High School so they will remain in business regardless of service or food quality .

I was there on a Saturday afternoon about 2:30pm and it was not that busy for the rushed service that I received. There was also no napkins so I have to walk up to the food service area to ask for napkins. I also had to ask for the regular coffee to be replaced because it was empty (I would have gotten a different drink if they said they were out at the moment). The food was good and that is what I went there for so overall I left satisfied.

This Panera location is oddly located at the back of the shopping center and you could easily miss it if you werent looking hard enough. However, the food we had was freshly prepared and delicious and the staff was particularly friendly. If youre looking for your Panera fix, this is a perfectly acceptable location to visit.

I love panera! Food is great! But customer service shocked me at this location. Cashier, Samuel, garbled me this morning, by saying they do not serve soups before 9:30 and when I asked the cooks I was told that they have ALL soups ready by 8:30 in the morning. I always say, better no information them wrong information.

The Panera in towson is mediocre. Everytime I order something in advanced its NEVER ready the time it says it is suppose to be ready. its bs. I pay for something that I expect to be ready in 10 minutes not 30. Sometimes I have to leave without the food because it took way to long. the panera there is

Horrible experience. I work nearby, so I stopped in for lunch to-go. When I sat down at my desk I realized the salad was a completely different salad than I ordered and the salad I received includes ingredients that I do not eat. Extremely irritated - wasted money and no lunch for me today.

I got a burn on my hand from their coffee dispenser because they DID NOT LOCK the dispenser knob that could be turned while hot coffee is being poured. The manager, and an employee admitted they were at fault, but didnt attend to problem right away. Horrifying experience!!!!!!!!

This location has a lack of customer service at a 50% rate. Half are great and doing the other halves workload.....not sure thats being noticed by Management?? Some employees are getting a free ride at the expense of others who OBVIOUSLY are doing 90% of the work.

Used to be my go to for breakfast. This location consistently doesnt have orders ready or gets the order wrong. Sandwiches are just thrown together or youll get a tea where only half the cup is full. Avoid this location.

Everything is good except for the extremely long wait times if you are doing takeout. Wait times can be up to 45 minutes beyond the time you specify when to pick up your order. That alone warrants a drop of two stars.
