I have stood in many a line @ a Cold Stone Creamery, It is GOOD STUFF, so its worth the wait, right? I have been to this particular store 2 times. both times it was late, both times there was a line...HOWEVER, this store has the fastest moving ColdStone Creamery line anywhere. The server/mixers are awesome! They do a great job and they get in done QUICK. Thats all I need. And although, it was close to closing time, they were still polite and happy to serve us.

Great ice cream and a great staff. I tried one of their new flavors, sugar cookie batter and it was great. Their ice cream often causes bowel movement for me but its totally worth it. The staff is really helpful and if you tip them they cheer. One bad thing about this location though is that they practically no seating, especially for a large group. All they have are three two person tables.

Good Ice cream but the service was terrible. They are low on staff and the lines are too long. They didnt cut up the brownies and the ice cream was a big miss but still good :. Also almost all employees are High schoolers or are in school and really dont care about the job or the customers. BUT the ice cream was good and amazing just the service was terrible.

Worst customer service ever. The lady with the short brownish-red hair was extremely rude. I watched her slam a customers ice cream on the counter as if it was inconvenient to serve her. We are visiting from Texas and I would NOT recommend anyone going to that place.

If you cant make up your mind, ask them. I ended up getting a salted vanilla ice cream (which tasted way better than it sounded at first) with nutty and chocolatey toppings, and ate the whole thing even though I thought I was going to pass out because I was so full

This is the best little Coldstone! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I visited. I have to come back again to see if theyre consistently amazing (and not at all just to treat myself to sweet, sweet ice cream goodness).

I have been there a few times and every time the service was pleasant, the place was clean and the ice cream yummy! The perfect spot after ice skating across the street or before a movie :-)

Workers dont care about customers. One time I made it right as they closed and the workers were just sitting at a table staring at the confused customers locked outside.

Great location, the vanilla ice cream was soft at the time and melted pretty fast. Little disappointing. They also didnt chop the cookie dough up enough.

Great spot close to downtown with great ice cream. Just be warned, the line can get insane on weekends.
