Ive been to Manu pizza huts in my day.. This store was poorly managed. When I went in there was a manager by the name of Chris I believe. The employee helping me kept saying negative things about him. And he prepared my food and when I got it, it was unsightly and didnt taste like the pizza hut food I know. The pizzas were hardly cut and my cinnamon sticks looked smushed and touched by hand. When I tried to ask if he could remake it he said no he cant because my order was correct . So I guess visual appearance meant nothing to him. The employee helping me apologized for his sake, and that shocked me big time. If I worked there a letter would be sent out about that manager to the company. Next time I want pizza hut Ill definitely skip over this particular one!!!

Everytime an order is placed, it takes more than an hour to be delivered. It took an hour and twenty minutes this time and the pizza is cold. I called twice, but they didnt answer so I resorted to giving a review. The pizza is good--other than not being warm...we had to nuke it! Delivery time is ridiculous. Maybe theyre low on staff (giving benefit of the doubt)...

I Worked there. The owner has no idea what customer service is. It is under-staffed and he goes strictly by corporate rules and what their computer tells them instead of common sence. Huge delivery area, under staffed and delivering how the computer tells them equals a long long time and cold pizza. The staff is doing the best they can. Its the idiot who owns it.

I had this specialize pizza at another Pizza Hut and it was good. Both times I ordered from prince Frederick it was really bad. I asked for stuff crust instead of pretzel crust and got both overly salty like choke on and the buttom of pizza was so soggy. I couldnt make it through one piece. I tipped really well to, even though it took an hr to get.

Ordered delivery, actually got a call that because it was an hour till closing it would have taken 2 hours to get my food and they asked me to come pick up my food. I ordered wings and 3 of the 8 couldnt even be considered chicken poppers because of how small they were

Horrible experience. This was my first and LAST trip here. After placing my order they informed me of a 45 minute wait that has now turned into an hour due to them forgetting to put PEPPERONI ON MY PIZZA!!! Completely ridiculous & unacceptable!
