Very disappointed with service over all. Food was mediocre but staff was dissatisfactory. They have no support for any of the local businesses around the down town area. As an employee of one of the nearby businesses I was treated rudely when I asked to see a manager about a charity event that we were sponsoring in the area. If youre not going to support the local businesses you have no place in down town Annapolis.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service and upkeep here. When my burrito split when being rolled it was scraped into another tortilla, throwing away 1/3 of its contents. Denied my request after asking for a replacement, staff was complacent. Three of the soda machine wells were empty. I will not be returning.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. More like a 0. For a new Chipotle in town, pretty pathetic. Food isnt hot at all, constantly running out of items during peak lunch and dinner times, dont restock ice, forks, or napkins. Plus sad excuse of a soda machine. Come on, get it together.

Thus isnt one of the better Chipotles Ive been to. The staff seemed like they didnt care much for their jobs. They werent rude, but you could tell they would rather be doing something else. They didnt mess up my food thankfully.

The brand new chain location is just getting on its feet. Everything is standard for a Chipotle: great build-your-own Mexican food. Popular items are burritos and burrito bowls. The chips are also good, if fresh. Guacamole is A+.

Its a Chipotle. Its a really good budget shoot to eat in downtown. Offers huge burritos or button bowls made to order. Staff is very friendly and the food pretty good.
