Owner quote-- "want to shoot me?" after refusing to apologize for losing our order. So terrible customer service and needs to learn a simple phrase of Im sorry. They lost 3/4 of our order and when we questioned after it had been 20 mins after one dish arrived and also three tables got food before us, they refused to check on it. When we questioned again, the man told us uhhmm and walked away. When we questioned again saying they screwed up and just lost it. He refused to admit it. Then he they started digging for receipts and it was obvious they had completely lost our order. It has now been 45 minutes later. Man came over, still NO apology, fault or explanation and tried giving us a gift certificate for a FUTURE (?? Yeah right) visit. Owner still hadnt come over. Then we went over mad at manager and he didnt admit any fault until pressured. He then returned to our table with my 3 and 5 yr old children and the owner seriously said-- "want to SHOOT me???" Food came out 10 minutes later after about 6 tables after us had ordered, received food and many has finished during our 50 min wait. Tips... maybe print this and pin it to the front desk. 1) customer questions order, check on it 2) customer questions it, use the words, oh Im sorry! Not a shrug. 3) customer questions it again, say Im sorry and check on it 4) when you find it was YOUR restaurants fault (saying not "my" fault is what a child says), then you admit it and apologize. Again, words- Im sorry 5) do not ever ask a customer if they want to shoot you, and again not in front of children. Use the words, Im sorry. 6) and just one last reminder, the best words to use are "I am sorry" regardless. It goes a LONG way in customer service. See when to use it in step 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and then throw it in again one more time on their way out for good measure. Wow after reading your prior reviews that you ignore, it appears this is a common occurrence for you and that you just dont care one bit. We are locals and will not be returning or recommending your restaurant to anyone.

I go there about once a month or so, usually to pick a meal up for my family, but on occasion for larger multi-family get-togethers. This is some of the best italian food I have had, and if I were to be nitpicky, the only criticism I may have would be having had a couple of times where my red sauce was replaced with white. It is authentic, and some of the people taking your order are Italian themselves. Having been an immigrant myself, I write it off as a language misstep. I wouldnt deduct a star, as the food really is delicious, even the ones that were incorrect. I would, and have many times already, recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great food...and great staff...but owner is a" soup natzi"...dont ever ever make a comment about the way they do call in orders..they dont take your name they give you a number...so when you pick up your pizza and forget your number...dont try to give your name..and dont ever say you are a name not a number...or offend the owner in in anyway (my appolies sir) or he will keep your money and not give you your pizza...and will yell at you at the top of his lungs inside and out of his grill until you get in your car and leave his property. ..not a customer service establishment

The food is very good, but the carryout service is subpar (check your order before leaving- this has been a repeat problem). More concerning is how rude some of their staff is-- the one guy got so aggressive on the phone after calling about another botched order that he actually said "come down here and say that to my face." Funny, but also very unacceptable. The food isnt worth dealing with the subpar customer service.

Ive had spotty results, usually negative. Just went back recently to try again on my own (rest of family is boycotting at this point) and I was disappointed again. Im at a loss as to how they are still in business. Greasy pizza, manager pretty rough around the edges, and soda mix was more seltzer water than any flavor. Ive been lucky one or twice, but not worth the gamble to me.

Food is good, some of it is great (white sauce pizza)! But customer service is terrible, owner/management needs to humble themselves a little bit and learn to cater to the customer, I would go to this place all the time since its in walking distance, but Id rather drive somewhere else to be treated like a valued customer, not like someone who is bothering them with my buisiness.

Ive been a chef to a four star restaurant with exclusive Italian menu. Talking to the owner of this small restaurant revealed many short cuts to getting the food out and keep the costs down. And so, quality is not the top concern. Decent portions and a little too much salt for my taste or blood pressure. Lots of locals keep this place going. The staff is friendly.

Called a couple of days ago and asked if they had gift certificates. I was told yes. My brother and sister in law go here all the time. Drove 30 minutes and was informed that they do not have gift certificates. Such BS.
