I have tried Pho from Viet Thai (Annapolis), Saigon Noodle House (Crofton), Saigon Palace (Edgewater), and Pho-One-O (Hanover). I once brought one of my best friends parents who are hardcore Vietnamese. They always cook at home, and are very picky when they go out and spend money eating out. I got them to come out with me to try it, since i always talked about it, and they LOVED IT! They said it wasnt bad at all, which is really good, since their standards are so high. haha. But they said they would definitely come back when they dont feel like cooking for great authentic Pho. I get almost the same basic meal every time, and the items consists of 3 stages. - Crispy Fryer Egg Roll -#1 Large Pho (Special) Everything in it! -Cafe su Da. (Vietnamese Iced Coffee) Appetizer: And let me tell you, it is the same every single time! The consistency is great! The egg rolls always have the same great taste, and the fish sauce is always on point! Pho: Next is the Pho. Its almost like hearing a classic song, for the first time, every time. It starts when they bring that steaming bowl of "Phresh, Pho" out, and place it in front of you ever so gently. The aroma hits your nose with notes, that only "The Fat Lady" can sing, and stimulates you mind and body for a great bowl of Pho! Then the Hoison, and Sriracha sauce are also authentic, and not watered down like some other restaurants do. Next you add your preferred blend of sweet/hot. I usually do 4 "rings" of sriracha, and 2 "rings" of hoison. Then i mix it up, and taste the broth until my desired taste has been achieved. Now, go down to town! Iced Coffee (Cafe Su Da): Last but not least, one of most favorite ways to end my meal, is with a nice glass of "Cafe Su Da" it is a vietnamese style iced coffee, which utilizes a blend of, french roast, and sweetened condensed milk. I usually order this when i order my meal, because when they bring it out, it has to drip for about 5-8 minutes. When i say drip, i mean they serve it to you in the most authentic way, Cafe Su Da should be served....In a glass with a Mini Coffee Press, dripping, fresh coffee on top of the sweetened condensed milk on the bottom, along with a full glass of ice. Now when youre ready, remove the lid of the coffee press, place it on the table, then remove the coffee press itself and place it on top of the lid. Now mix your freshly dripped coffee and sweetened condensed milk thoroughly. Once this is done, pour it, into the glass of ice. Now sip and enjoy the bold sweet taste of Cafe Su Da! Service and Atmosphere: The service has always been great here, accommodating my newborn nephew and niece, when i come with my brother at times, food comes out very fast! Atmosphere is great as well, a very clean restaurant, makes me feel like im at home. Relaxed and comfy. Overall: Absolutely love eating here! And is my main go-to Pho place since i live about an hr away from it. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed in this place. My family goes here often and weve always been pleased. Recently we noticed a sign that says teachers 15% discount. Weve been there twice recently and used my teacher ID one time and my insurance card another with no issues. My family went last night and when we went to pay we were told that it was only for Anne arundel county community college teachers. No where on the sign or anywhere posted does it say this. So they are luring teachers in with the sign and then after you eat telling you that it doesnt mean you. If your sign says teachers then as long as you have a teacher ID you should get the discount...... If your only giving it to the community college teachers (which are called professors in college anyways) then it needs to be stated on your sign.... And really the 3.00 I would have saved doesnt even matter. Its the principle that your sign states teachers but really its not for teachers so its very misleading. When we questioned the staff no one had anything to say and basically were like oh well and they werent very nice about it. I asked for a manager and there was no manager or anyone in charge present while we were there. This whole situation makes me not want to ever go back and to tell my friends never to go there. If your sign says teachers then it should be all teachers. If you want to single out one school of teachers then it needs to be posted. Also, we used it twice and there wasnt an issue so why yesterday? Very disappointed..... We will be going to Glen Burnie from now on.

Went there today for the first time for a take-out Pho and loved it!! Delicious and plentiful for just over $9. Two people could have shared this. They do have a whole lot of other dishes, too, but I absolutely love that kind of soup, so its hard for me to order anything else when there is Pho on the menu! Too bad its a little tricky to get to (its kind of tucked away in a strip mall off of Ritchie Hwy) or I would stop there after work a lot (I work down the road). Well maybe its a good thing its a little inconvenient LOL. Place was actually pretty busy with eat-in customers, too, when I stopped by - only had to wait minutes for my soup, though, which was much appreciated!! Go. I recommend. And will be back!!!

If you are a vegetarian, give this place a miss. They have vegetarian egg and spring rolls, but only one vegetarian entrée on the whole menu (a couple of pieces of fried tofu thrown on some vegetables) and you have to make sure you ask for the vegetable broth, otherwise you get beef. I know that Pho is a very meat based cuisine, but other PHO places manage to make a good faith effort to accommodate non-meat eaters. Vegetarians are better off spending their money elsewhere.

Never again will my family and I eat there again! Everyone there made us feel like we werent welcomed and uncomfortable. We called in a order to eat there and when we arrived they gave us a bag, we reminded them we were eating in and they just have us the plates to serve our selves. We asked for napkins 5 times and were ignored every time, but if a white person asked for something they ran to serve them

Just okay food. Got the No. 31 Bun/Com bo nuong grilled beef with white rice. The beef was utterly tasteless and tough. Wont get that again. The grilled chicken with Vermicelli noodles was better. The sweet and sour chili sauce was very sweet.... too sweet. The homemade soy sauce was a little sweet, too. Not sure I want to go back soon.

The food here is delicious. The place is clean and the staff nice. Additionally, if youre in a rush you can order food from their website and then pick it up at the restaurant. If you want a good non-Pho dish to try, the Vermicelli Noodles with Grilled Pork is really good. Highly recommended!

The food is really good, but they took my favorites off the menu (BBQ pork and egg noodles). Their Thai tea is also good, but not the best Ive ever had. Ive only dined in once but get carry out about every two weeks. The staff is friendly and always greets me with a smile.
