Who wants to eat at a chain restaurant when you can have a great Latin American meal at this family-run hidden gem? Most folks would say the menu looks Mexican but technically its Latin American. Dont let this dissuade you. If you like "Mexican-style" food you will love it here. The owners name is Saul and you can count on him to take care of you. Use your Yelp Mobile App to find this place. Its in the same plaza as the Outback. The atmosphere is nicer than typical strip mall with quite a few tables and a small bar near the back. I sat at this bar and Saul made me an excellent margarita. The ingredients were nicely proportioned and it was strong. Of course, I had another with my meal. I tried the CHIMICHURRI STEAK. It came with sautéed spinach along with rice and beans. It was excellent and the chimichurri sauce was perfect. Id come here again in a heartbeat. I dont think the masses have discovered this place yet. There is an active Facebook page but apparently no web site yet. Saul needs to fix this and include his menu and pricing. When he does the crowds are sure to increase. If you are anywhere near Prince Frederick, it would be a mistake not to stop by.

I have been craving good fresh Latin food. Especially a good tamale. I had a really bad one at arundel mills the other day and felt deprived. After having been to south america many times i would say i can tell good food from pedestrian. I used to go to a couple places in college park and Fiesta Bar & Grill greatly surpassed my expectations. Finding a good place for tamales or pupusas IS LIKE FINDING an insurance company, i feel cheated when i compare companies to see various prices and remorseful when i didnt go with that other company. Fiesta bar and grills Tamales are great, the masa has that perfect texture and taste i was looking for. I am excited to go there again and try other things on their menu. In a very flooded market of many latin restaurants Fiesta Bar and grill is absolutely worth a stop when in prince Fredrick.

I have a new favorite restaurant! Went in later in the evening on Mothers day of all days and the food and service were impeccable. We tried 3 apps, 2 dips and 3 different mains and were pleased with everything. I could taste the freshness of the food,it was beyond evident that it was all made from scratch and fresh that day.The Last thing our server did as he was bringing the bill was to present me with some of the roses used as decoration in the restaurant and wish me a happy mothers day, Will be returning often!

Absolute worst service Ive ever had. Our waiter took one drink order at a time and we didnt get chips until after all our drinks came out. We were there for over a half hour before they even took our orders. And the worst part, we were LITERALLY the only group there. They had no one else to wait on except us and yet there service was STILL this bad. When the food finally did come, the chicken was still pink on the inside. I will never go back.

Great variety of Latin food on the menu... Peruvian, Mexican, Cuban, etc... Everything we ordered was delicious!! Cheese dip with Spinach appetizer, Biftec Criollo, Chicken Milanesa with Shrimps, and for dessert Tres Leches cake... So flavorful that we will definitely come back. The staff and service is excellent, attentive to details. Such a great experience and time motivated us to write them the review.

My wife and I passed this place numerous times thinking that it looked like a bit of a dive and possibly had a rough crowd. WE WERE WRONG! This place is great! They specialize in South American food (not Mexican). The proprietor is from El Salvador. The food is more authentic than your typical Mexican restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is immaculate. They even have brunch!

The sweet tea was old...nasty..I ordered the roasted pork, which tasted like they had just thawed it out in the microwave. Was mostly fat and onions, very little meat. The plate came with black beans and rice, which both tasted rancid. The beans were obviously can beans with no seasoning...overall the food sucked really bad, but hey the waiter kept my limonade full after I shot the tea down.

THE BEST of THE BEST Mexican Fresh Food and great staff and service! This is the best kept secret. If you dont know Fiesta, you dont have a clue about good food. The way I rate a Mexican restaurant is the salsa/chips and Margaritas. Both of these are the best anywhere. Fresh salsa and warm chips and the Cadillac margarita is THE best. Ask for Erik and tell him Deanna sent you!

The food was very fresh, we could tell the salsa and everything else was made that day. The margaritas were top shelf and very tasty! Now the best for last, the service was absolutely incredible! Super friendly staff and highly attentive. The whole place was nice and clean with a great atmosphere, would highly recommend and return!!!!!

We have been coming here since the day it opened. The best Latin food. Always fresh and steaming hot when it gets to your table. The folks there are great, always friendly and atentive. I cant say anything bad about this great restaurant.

The owner is fantastic! We stumbled into this place by accident, and nothing on the menu quite suited my taste for dinner. He was able to combine a few things that were available and tailor a meal just to me. I love great customer service!

Great little Salvadorian place, even though no pupusas on the menu. Best Latin food in Calvert County. Everything is fresh and cooked to order, and the margaritas and sangrias are very good.

Outstanding food. Dishes are made with fresh ingredients and they do not use a lot of salt. Tasty options beyond standard Mexican fare available.

Great place for mexican food without all the crazy people like there tend to be in the other Calvert county establishments.
