Its a good start. The renovation fixed the worst parts of Bennys. The booths are gone and replaced with banquettes, which does a tremendous amount to open the rooms up. Rough hewn wood slats cover the walls, which gives it a pub feel and absorbs some sound, plus they put carpeting in. It ends up making it feel both more casual and like a proper restaurant, whereas Bennys back room was like a dark corner you only sat in if you had to. The food was o.k. I had the shepherds pie which was tasty if a bit too salty for me (but really standard for an Irish pub). Presentation was excellent, it was baked in its own crock and came with a small salad, d.o.s. The rest of the tables food was enjoyed, but not raved about. Service was ... in need of improvement. Seems like he forgot to order one of the entrees which was about 10 minutes behind the others. Took a long time to transition to dessert. I put the *entire* pitcher of cream in my coffee and it barely turned color, obviously left on the burner all day.

Lahinch is hidden in the corner of Cabin John mall and offers a great selection of beer, wine, and whiskey. They also offer a range of bar food to delicious looking entrees. I came in a big group on a Friday night around 10:30pm and we sat in the bar area. We ordered drinks and some small bites to eat, such as brussel sprouts, charcuterie plate, and sweet potato wedges. Service was prompt, although not as attentive as I would have liked. However, the bartender had to step out from behind the bar in order to wait on us. I hope that this place gets more local business because it really is a great place, just in a quiet location.

So this place is a hidden treasure! Find it on the backside of the shopping center, sort of behind the Giant. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! The restaurant itself is BEAUTIFUL, and inviting. One side is white linen tablecloths, the other a rustic feeling bar with live music. The expansive open-air windowless area for the bar is a treat now that its warm, the staff was inviting and there when you needed them. The sandwich I ordered (a Rueben) was so big I took half home with me. My wife raved about the salad she had, the beer was cold, and their bar is well stocked. I give it 5-stars!

Fun experience and good food. My husband and I are regulars and we often hit "Happy Hour". We always walk away saying the same thing...dont know how they do it but we are so happy they do!" Drinks and apps priced lowest than anywhere else around. We have tried so many of their items but favorites are fried calamari, sausage stuffed rolls with special Irish mustards and the hummus. Entrees are all great for $10! (Happy Hour). Nice large bar to sit at and tables. Dining room great and nice menu. Tasty food.

Ótima opção de alimentação com a família, em ambiente tranquilo, bem decorado e atendimento de primeira. Comida bem gostosa, assim como as entradas. Preço acessível. Recomendo fácil.

A very good Irish bar and restaurant. The food is generally very good. The staff are okay thus the four not five stars (too slow with drink refills which is a huge taboo for any Irish bar). The (co)owner, Frank, is a great guy--onsite and very caring about the whole experience. This is a regular stop for our whole family!

My husband and I were looking forward to our meal at Lahinch but it didnt live up to our expectations. While we thought the sausage rolls were adequate and the deviled eggs, okay, the potato and leek soup was bland. The hamburger was fine but the rotisserie chicken was greasy and devoid of flavor. The waitstaff was great.

Its got great food, and a nice atmosphere. The live preformances only add to the rich flavors of the foods, and the sounds of the bar. The beer is great, and the snacks work for individuals, or for groups. The place is more friendly to friends hanging out, and having some fun, taking their time to eat.

Shepard pie portion was way too small and needs to be at least 2x bigger for it to be worth the $19 price. Service was below average, and I think the bartender might have been stoned. Also, $7 for a beer is a bit ridiculous.

Tasty Shepherds pie but portion was smaller than expected. Service was good but not great. Server seemed to busy and rushed. Had to ask for soda bread with dinner when I saw others got it.
